My mentorship with Nick and IFCA has been fantastic. I feel I have the tools now to be a successful entrepreneur in the health coaching space. The resources and success coach model are game changing.

IFCA is insane. Legitimately within the first couple of days I knew I had made a great decision. If you’re trying to make online fitness coaching work for you, this is the route to take. It’s absolutely a big investment, but in my opinion it’s been worth it every step of the way.

My success coach, Nick, is a baller. He’s incredibly helpful, responsive, smart, encouraging, and experienced. It gave me tons of confidence to hear his story and then to hear his comments on my progress. He’s pushed me to get out of my comfort zone every step of the way, and that’s been a massive component to my own personal development. I’m comfortable now doing things I used to dread in the past.

Business isn’t easy but dang has IFCA given me a leg up in my own business! I’m confident that I can support myself and my family, and all I have to do is show up and do what they say.

My experience so far with IFCA has been top tier. My coach, Nick, has done a great job of keeping me on task and showing me where my business needs work on the most. IFCA has really exposed where I have been lacking in my training business and they have an excellent structure to teach you how to get your online business run effectively and smoothly. Lots of great stuff to say about IFCA so far - they're really helping me build out the systems I need to streamline my online business, especially in areas I have struggled before. I had so much self doubt in being able to run an online business. In fact I still struggle with the thoughts sometimes but I am able to work through them. Not only do they provide you with the tools you need, they help you overcome your own limiting beliefs and get out of your own way. Would definitely recommend!

Before IFCA I was confident in my coaching skills but felt totally lost on how to run any of the business side of things. I've loved the info I've gotten from IFCA and the guidance. Before IFCA I hired a business coach. I worked with this coach for 6 months and it was somewhat helpful but I was still lost when it came to creating systems for onboarding clients, marketing, the sales process, my offer, etc. i had a dream and desire to build my business but I was just spinning my wheels.

IFCA has been very helpful to me as I start my online fitness business. The support has been there every step of the way, and all of the video modules have been very clear and precise. Working with my success coach has helped keep me focused on the plan, and given me a better idea of what I need to do specifically to help with my business. There are office hours every day that are helpful to ask specific questions, as well as step by step modules that explain more of the technical side of the business. Overall, I am very happy with my IFCA experience in my first month.

Before discovering IFCA my coaching business was sinking at a rapid rate. There was no backend support, client fulfillment was near nonexistent and my organization that I thought was great was far from it.

I’m now moving into week 6 of the 3 month program and have been able to identify who exactly my health program is designed for; because of this I’ve been able to tailor my program to meet the needs of my client. Having my business tailored to a specific demographic allowed me to optimize pricing for the packages I offer clients. Now here’s the best part, it’s having the backend support of my business to deliver an amazing experience for current and future clients.

This part isn’t talked about much, because of what IFCA has been able to do for my business my self-confidence in what I offer has more than doubled. I know the ins and outs of my business and what it can do for my clients and I have the team at IFCA behind me to support this. The boost in self-confidence is what has helped me most when it comes to sales calls.

IFCA is the place you NEED!! Before joining IFCA I was lost and burnt out. I was new to online coaching and thought I could do it on my own. Nope! They not only provide you the best tools and resources, but they support and guide you through your entire journey! I’ve gotten more clients since joining. And actually have a business system in place (instead of just “winging” it).

My business would not exist if it wasn't for the fact that I signed up with them! They have very knowledgeable coaches, who you can ALWAYS contact and talk to if you have any questions. They have a training for absolutely anything and everything. Kevin, the Sales Coach, is top tier. You have the ability to talk to the Owners of the Company, Jordan and Erin, so they can give you advice on your business which is amazing coming from a family that has built 2 very successful businesses. A lot of personal development within the course/coaching calls, which as a business owner, I appreciate. Overall, one of the best companies out there to build your Online Fitness Business.

I knew after trying to start an online coaching business on my own and failing that if I ever tried again, I would be all in and get the support I needed. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to join accelerate and now continued mentorship through Legacy. The onboarding process was easy to get through. The staff and coaches are very friendly and helpful. I was skittle confused at first for there are a ton of modules to go through but the coach assigned to us was really helpful and broke everything down for us to follow. He is also great at getting back to us whenever we have an issue come up. We still have a lot to learn but we are enjoying the process. Thank you

I was hesitant to join because I was afraid it wouldn’t work for me. I have more than doubled my investment in 10 weeks, and show up online so much more confident now! It was like I hit the switch and everything changed. The resources and coaching have been game changers!

I went from making $500-1000 a month to making 40k in March of 2024 (a year in) If you're a fitness coach and you want to EXPEDITE your growth as an Entrepreneur joining IFCA should be a NON-NEGOTIABLE for you! What I wasted 2 years trying to do myself in terms of setting up systems IFCA helped me do in less than 3 months! Then they helped me grow a team and navigate the day to day challenges of being an entrepreneur. The one thing I didn't expect from IFCA was that I would meet lifelong best friends when I joined giving me an amazing community of other business owners who just GET IT. Attending their in person events has been one of the greatest networking opportunities since I joined and it gives me something to work towards knowing I get to spend time with my best business friends 2-3x a year. If you're hesitating - I don't know what you're waiting for, an investment in yourself will NEVER go to waste so long as you're willing to show up (just like in your fitness journey)

If you're in Australia, be aware that the guarantee is conditional on you attending 2-3x Zoom calls a week, which were between 1-3am for me.

Also be aware you’ll be selling high ticket (higher than I expected, I had one prospect start crying when I told her the price). Ask yourself if your market has deep pockets before you start.

Mine did not, so I made precisely $0.

Part of the program is an "accountability partner".

Mine was in the complete opposite time zone to me and I requested someone in a more workable time zone. Support said they would pair me with someone new, but they never did.

The course content is decent, but if you're expecting a coaching masterclass, this isn't it. This is primarily a sales course (decent but there are better ones that cost a lot less).

The best part of IFCA was my coach Ethan, honestly I would have just preferred to work directly with him. Given the group Zoom calls were at an ungodly hour and I wasn't given an accountability partner I could speak with, the only support I had through the program came from Ethan.

I was super pumped to join IFCA, immediately paid in full and was quickly disappointed once the curtain was pulled back.

Tips for improvement for IFCA:

- If you can sell in a timezone, you should be able to service that timezone at a reasonable hour.

- Your sales process should have screened me out with a question like: "Can your market afford $500+ a month for coaching?" The answer would have been "No", I would have saved $10k and you would have avoided a disappointed customer.
