I started with IFCA a month into starting my new business and I had no idea how I was going to make it work. I had never run a business and was brand new to health and wellness having worked in finance my while career.

I was nervous to sign up because it was a big investment in myself and I never invested in myself before. However, I was really lost and after talking to Sam I knew that IFCA was the right place for me. I really felt they would help me grow my business and I would have no problem recouping my investment.

My success coach Nick has been invaluable through my journey. He's helped me in every aspect from planning my work day to client acquisition. I love that Nick believes in me and my business and has given me the confidence to grow my business in ways I didn't think was possible!

If you are thinking about signing up, I can't recommend IFCA enough. Like I said, I wouldn't be where I am today without them!

My biggest hesitation prior to joining IFCA was the cost. I had already spent a lot of money on another program and the thought of spending more was totally freaking me out. Plus, I wasn't sure if IFCA would give me what I need.

Before joining IFCA I struggled financially. I worked for an Online company as an Online Coach and even though I had 30 clients my monthly income was super low. I was frustrated, stressed, feeling down and scared. I knew I was capable of so much more, but I was also afraid to take that chance.

After many chats with Sam, I joined. Super appreciative of Sam for believing in me and pushing me outside of my comfort zone. Now, I am 6 weeks into the program and have made more money in 6 weeks than I did in 6 months of working for another company!! But, the best part is being able to help women! Leslie, my mentor is awesome. She is with me every step of the way. She truly cares and provides a lot of helpful tips/suggestions. IFCA does a great job of guiding and educating you. I needed the structure and I am so appreciative of the step by step process.

My biggest personal transformation is confidence. Prior to IFCA confidence was holding me back from taking big steps. IFCA has taught me that it is better to take messy action versus no action. Each time I take action I get more reps in and I feel more confident. I no longer am allowing fear to hold me back. I know I am capable. I am grateful for IFCA pushing me out of my comfort zone and providing me the tools to succeed.

Before IFCA, I didn't have an online business, but knew if I could just learn how (from the right people), that I would be unstoppable - and having the highest standards and integrity, the choice to work with IFCA was a no-brainer.

Getting a business off the ground, while working full time is not an easy feat, but worth every grinding moment. My biggest hesitation about joining IFCA first and foremost was the upfront cost of the program.

Before joining, I was hoping IFCA would have what I needed to scale, but I wasn't sure. I was spending so much time working in the business, I didn't have time to grow it, and I only had a few strategies to bring in clients. I was stalled for over a year and needed more strategy. Investing in IFCA was the best decision I could have made for my fitness business. Jordan was incredibly straight forward and honest about how his process Y team could help me. As someone who has invested in many masterminds, I am familiar with people over promising and under delivering, but this was not the case for IFCA. They actually overdelivered on value with their modules, support, and continuous improvements to their program. If you trust their process, you will see immediate results.

I joined IFCA in late 2021 with a passion to help other with nutrition and fitness but no business and zero knowledge on how to build an online business to take my own clients. Best decision I've ever made!
I've been with IFCA since December of 2022. I doubled my income the first year and tripled my income the next year by working with them. I have learned so much about strategies and improved my process. My business has grown to consistently hitting $25k months for the past two years, way more than I thought possible. They have education modules and support with weekly coaching calls to answer questions. Everything is there for you to implement and execute. So proud to be a part of IFCA!

I was very nervous taking the jump with IFCA especially never coaching clients before, but I am very grateful for the experience, and that I made the decision to join. my success coach Nick Bland has been absolutely incredible and with me every step of the way, if you do join IFCA, I hope you get the chance to work with Nick. If you decide to build your own online coaching biz, my best advice is to just take action, DO THE WORK, and follow what your coach tells you to do... they have already done what we are trying to achieve. Obviously there's a lot that goes into pursuing a career/passion/calling/etc. With the amount that needs to get done, the timelines and expectations, and the fulfillment, it's easy to get overwhelmed, frustrated, lose track of direction and even give up. Impact Coach Academy has helped me pursue my dream that I am making a career with keeping focus on what needs to get done through the right mindset, within the right timeframe, and with the right expectations -- all through a system with people and coaches (shoutout to my coach Nick!) that I've trusted since the beginning and know they understand and are equipped to getting me where I want and need to go. I've invested in other coaches and mentorships and they were good. Some were better than others. But in this journey I always had urgency paired with anxiety and disappointment. So much of that was on me, but this mentorship has taken my urgency and met it with the support that I've never had to overcome anxiety about the future, trust the process, enjoy the journey, and experience success in many forms now that lead to life-changing wins later. If I started this pursuit all over again, I would have saved years, money, and maybe parts of my soul by starting with Impact Coach Academy in the first place!

I was hesitant to sign up for IFCA because coaching was different language than I had used as a DPT. I had gone to part time at my clinic, but with a 3 year old and 6 mo old I was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to dedicate to the program.

Before IFCA I was offering 1 time virtual consulting, and it just wasn’t a sustainable business. I wasn't marketing well and had no follow up with clients. My vision was in the right place but I had no idea how to execute and I wasn't making any money.

Now, I just started my 9th week and signed my 7th client. I have made my investment back+. This month, I contracted more than I would make working full time as an OP DPT. But more importantly, I now have an offer that actually fulfills my vision, and am PROUD of the quality support I am offering. I love having step by step guidance from IFCA about how to build and market it. It feels easy to sell something I am so passionate about.

I now believe in myself. I feel like there is no ceiling on how far I can take this business. And the best part, is I believe I can succeed while maintaining healthy boundaries, allowing me to be with my kids and take care of my self.

I'm a stay at home mom of 5 kids under 7 and PA turned online fitness coach-- so I have a lot going on!

I was passionate about helping fellow moms and finally making a real difference in people's health instead of slapping bandaids on chronic problems and throwing pills at people. But I really struggled getting things off the ground and was constantly working, feeling guilty for not being present with my kids, and honestly just spinning my wheels getting nowhere. I worked with another business mentor first and saw a little progress, but I was still disorganized and wasting so much of my time for very little return.

I am so much more organized (still a little scattered, but working on it!), have seen a ton of growth both personally and within the business, and I finally have a path and a plan to follow! AND I actually am able to separate my life and business without feeling like I'm failing both!
