Richard Yu's program is very helpful, especially when inexperienced! The tutorials and community are very informative. The community platform is great to connect with others and to help each other grow. My coach, Vlad, was very helpful in answering questions and helping me stay accountable.

Good program to learn more about sales.
Shout out to Sebastian Dre for being supportive and helping me out getting my certification an easy process.
It is a bit costly, but it’s worth it for bettering your future.

Right now my coach Sebastian Dre is doing a really good job with me and is also maintaining an interesting conversation with me as also as letting me know all about the things that I am learning in the course. I can see the value that he is putting with me and I also appreciate that work that he is putting on helping me.

Richard Yu's Setter Certification Program is excellent.
We learn communication skills that can actually be used in the real world, in multiple applications, unlike the many, many courses I have taken.
The modules are well done and informative. I feel like I can use what I have learned here in many avenues of business. There is a Roleplay system that is really very smart. We can practice with eachother and get a feel for the conversation flow before going on to have real conversations with real clients.
We also learn the skills to go out there and find a coach to work with in our areas of passion. Also provided is 1:1 coaching to ace our outreach and job interviews.

My coach was Alex Le, who is an excellent coach! He handles his very busy schedule with professionalism and dedication. He really does his best to help us throughout the course with everything we need. I appreciate that he gets much deserved vacation days off too!

Also a shout out to coach Sebastian who really goes the extra mile, and truly cares for people. He is a bright shining light in a chaotic world.

Overall, I think it is totally worth it. I think the course is designed in a brilliant way. There are zoom calls every week to answer any questions you might have. The coaches are great, answers all your questions, especially Vlad. Great guy, answers all your questions and gives you great feedback even though his time zone may be very different than most people.

Overall, I had a great experience being a student in the Setter Certification Program. I appreciate how Richard and his team are straightforward and not looking to waste anyone's time. He tells you up front, that appointment setting is simple, but takes work.

I was initially nervous about entering into the program, but my coach Alex Le made my time joyful. Due to outside circumstances, it took me about the full 90 days to get through the program and become certified. Alex answered every question I had, was never judgmental or pushy, and was truly flexible. I also appreciated his willingness to hold me accountable.

Even though I've finished the program, he still is willing to answer questions and guide me when he's able. Alex usually responds to messages you send within 24 hours or less (unless he's on vacation or it's the weekend).

Richard Yu is the best at teaching you on how to be a world class setter. Everything is explained nice and simple. Easy to follow action based program. Probably the Best ever program!

To be honest before getting into the program, I thought the coaching would be more intense in terms of guidance but since there are so many people who want to become setters, I soon realized that this would be an impossible task considering the coaches - students ratio.
Nevertheless I think they always strive to give us the best support to ensure our success!

My experience so far going through this course has been great. The community is kind and supportive through every step. My coach, Alex has been the best. He has been there every step of the way to answer my many questions and provide support, guidance, and encouragement that has made an impact in my journey here. The Q&As and 1x1 meetings are another bonus to add here. They provide in depth explanations to specific questions asked and really add an extra layer of knowledge on top of the easy to follow program. I’m excited to see where this takes me from here. What made my experience great:
I appreciated the content we were able to learn through skool. The information was easy to grasp and follow through. The concept of practice assisted a lot especially the number of practices we were required to do. This helped strengthen our understanding and make corrections were necessary also learned from others.
I started with Alex in a month and he has been of great assistance. He gave me more material to prepare for the final exam of which I passed. He is committed to check in every two weeks and is always readily available to assist with any questions at anytime. I also appreciate that his very patient because countless times I was unable to meet according to our appointments.

What is the company doing well:
1. Creating a community were those doing the course and those who have graduated can interact and help each other grow
2. Making the course affordable to anyone anywhere in the world through the payment structure
3. Having coaches that are dedicated to the students growth
4. Creating an atmosphere of possibility that encourages us to tap into it as well.

As they connect you with videos to note and a 1on 1 coach to talk with who is available all the time! It’s a great program to get into! Alex ( my coach) was great! Helped me out a lot with questions I had and cared for me too! He sympathized with me as we talked as well as encouraged!
