A really good experience

I did a Digital Marketing qualification with Impact Academy, which took me about 14 months to complete. The lessons are delivered monthly over zoom and are pre-booked in advance for the year. The tutors are lovely and with their help I achieved a Distinction at level 3 :)
Overall, I think the course delivery and communication of Impact Academy has been poor, and I personally would never send an apprentice on an online apprenticeship course ever again. All the staff individually I have communicated with have been pleasant and tried their best, but it is clear that the organisation and delivery outlined at the top of the company is flawed.
