Working with Impact School changed the game for me and my business. Before I had financial ups and downs and was looking for a predictable way of making high income every single month. Within just first 20 days of working with Impact School, I was able to scale to over 60 000 € in sales. This experience has exceeded all of my expectations of Impact School. I want to continue working with their super professional team who genuinely cares about me and sustainable but fast growth of my business. This is everything I need to make an impact in the world with my mission!

So far I’ve received numerous benefits from impact school.
I’ve identified my ideal clients and established a basic understanding on how to reach out to them.
I finally have some structure around how to create an online course and how to conduct with my clients throughout it.

My main problem before impact school is I didn’t know who my niche target was, now I have a much clearer understanding and that has helped me make much better decisions in my business.
Emotionally this is giving me a lot of mental clarity peace and excitement because I have a clearer map of where I want to go!

(By the way I signed my first two clients Recently and they are way closer to a dream client then I’ve ever had before).

On a daily basis I feel (slightly overwhelmed because of the workload but that’s my personal choice because of how much I like to overdeliver) but mostly I feel driven and motivated to scale and continue to serve my niche market in the best way possible.

The impact school framework that has had the biggest impact on me is the idea of being OK with imperfection. My whole life I’ve struggled with perfectionism thinking my services aren’t good enough. Impact school has taught me that I still have a lot to offer and it is still worth a lot to the right person and that it’s even fun to stumble through your imperfections in strive of the greater goal… Coach Micaela has been great helping me with that. This paradigm shift alone has allowed me to take action which much less anxiety and deliver results with more confidence and self-love.

Doing $5,000+ days feels like a regular day after working with the team!

Before working with Impact School, I was having a hard time justifying myself charging as much as I now do, with lead prospecting/acquisition, and handling situations in sales calls that were foreign to me. It made it tough to know my numbers and get real inputs/outputs.

I peeped Impact School had a real focus on systems and making sure that as many tasks as possible were scalable. That building a foundation that lasts the test of time was a priority for them. Worked with a bunch of other coaches but there was a gap in the human/connection/personable factor.

Working with Lara has been a godsend, as we’ve completely revamped the way sales, marketing and filling gaps in skill development are seen and worked on. Calls are much more emotional, I’m able to get deep and get them closing themselves now PREDICTABLY. I now know exactly how to make content to snatch on heart strings and make my DMs ring. And the best part is that it’s just clicking buttons, like a supervillain behind the motherboard dictating the next “weapon.”

Except these weapons change lives for the better and they feel amazing paying mortgage prices to work with me.

I feel like my vision has been clarified and my Foundation solidified in my time with Impact School. Most definitely looking forward to Phase 2.
