The battery of my First Lady 2023 iMove bike got broken due to the water getting into accu points. The bike was standing outside without cover during heavy rainy days. Although I have attempted cleaning the accu points with a towel after charging the battery, it did not fully help, some water still remained and apparently lead to a short circuit.
I have contacted iMove team via WhatApp and received a quick follow up offering to send a bike to Ede fo repair. That's handy as I live in Amsterdam and using such delivery service is very much appreciated.
iMove team repaired and returned the bike within couple of days, including fixing some other minor damages it had (broken back light and a scratch).
Happily riding the bike again with a lot of pleasure:) And using the rain cover to prevent a similar water issue in future.
