I ordered the bug zapper, never showed up, But they say it was delivered. I am going to file a complaint with BBB. It looks like this is an ongoing trend for them. They would not even check into the delivery or offer to. All I got from them was, We have checked on the status and it looks like your order is currently delivered. Here is your tracking number with USPS: Twice I told them I did not receive the package.
Horrible customer care!! I won't be using PAYPAL anymore either.

I ordered 2 of the "Bright Fire" lighters, "the worlds first rechargeable, fluid-free, butane-free lighter...".
They arrived after 10 days and on the box it reads: "1. To refill, use butane." When you open the box, there's no charging plug...just a butane lighter.

I bought a lighter that was supposed to use "Tesla coil technology" instead of traditional fuel. Well in reality it's a very cheesy butane lighter. Piece of junk. I don't believe I'd ever really get a true refund. So they got me. lesson learned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!I bought a lighter that was supposed to be charged by electricity, it actually uses lighter fluid and it doesn’t work correctly and they want me to pay return shipping for a refund.

Tried to purchase ONE camera advertised as developed by Elon Musk. When I got the order confirmation, I was billed for THREE and a mystery box all at additional cost. I tried to cancel the order. The only access was via email to their customer service repeatedly and got a reply promising someone would contact me. NEVER HAPPENED. Stopped payment with CC company, but they still charged me. CC company had phone number which I used to call customer service. I wanted a return authorization as I had not opened the package. Was told there is nothing that can be done. Asked for a supervisor, told none available and further, if I call again, will be told the same thing. Out over 100 bucks, STAY AWAY. Also known as E Modern Tech. REPOST everywhere possible.

This company falsely advertised an electric plasma lighter on YouTube. They call it The Bright Fire Lighter. In the advertisement they stated that it didn't use any kind of fuel and that it implemented Tesla coil technology. It's a refillable butane lighter. The instructions are printed in Chinese. It's a piece of CHINESE JUNK. This company is a fraud. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DAMN COMPANY!!

Ordered Robovac Pro. Product was shipped immediately; appreciated that. Robovac is a useless vacuum. Doesn't work on carpet. High centers on cat food morsels. Could serve as a cat toy, but I'm returning it. I searched for reviews of the product and company and couldn't find any information. Seems they've trained Google search to keep redirecting you back to their product links. When I started the product order, I didn’t get a chance to agree to the final item list or cost before submitting. Clever that they take your credit card info BEFORE offering warranties and multiple additional products. They charged my card before I declined all the suggested products.

Total scam on their return policy. I followed every instruction for the refund and I didn't get a refund. I finally called them and they don't issue the refund until you call their customer service with a tracking number from the shipment. Their warehouse evidently doesn't have computers. I do not recommend buying from this company at all! Crappy product and terrible return experience.

I ordered a bugzapper, which I did receive. I haven't tried it out yet, so I don't actually know if it works. However, a few weeks later I received another email from summitacts.com referencing my order with my name, address and phone number with a Verify link to click on that is obviously a scam designed to either get more personal info or to send me a virus. (It claimed my bank said my payment was suspicious and I needed to verify it or they would forward the info to their fraud department.) This place is obviously crooked!!!!

I did not want to place an order, but they sent it to me anyway. I attempted to return it, but their website is a joke. The phone number they gave me to call is not in service, I called twice and received the message "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed", I double-checked the number and called again, same message.

Same as many of the other reviews. Zapper doesn’t work. They make you pay to ship the return even though the product doesn’t work as advertised, just to get a refund that I’m concerned I won’t receive.

It sucks to even give this company 1 star because it doesn’t deserve any stars personally but that’s the only option if I want to leave an honest review. Back in November 2022 7 months ago my aunt & uncle purchased 5 cameras because it advertised a great deal , cameras were great, 360 motion detect and so much more. Months of trying to get the cameras to do what they had advertised them to do they did not do anything of the sort. The cameras are NOT 360 motion detect they’re ONLY 360 if you move it around on the app with the control button (which doesn’t Work & lags every couple min). The cameras never stay connected because the connection always gets lost even when our Wi-Fi is very good in signal and the cameras are very close to the Wi-Fi box/router. The cameras constantly shut off even when they are connected (screwed in) to power very odd. The app to control the cameras doesn’t even do as it says it’s suppose to with controlling it , setting up different positions, live recording, Saving positions by numbers ,moving different angles it does none of it. When connecting the camera to the Wi-Fi or the camera to your phone it says the camera connected is an ILLEGAL device ID very strange. Not only that but when we called and spoke to the lady this “business” has NO technical support or anybody to help with trying to work the cameras out or reboot/re-program them. She wanted to send me an email to show me how to set them up when I clearly advised her they’re set up but not working. Once I asked multiple times why they don’t have technical support or anyone that knows about the product they’re selling she kept saying they don’t have anybody right now which definitely through up a red flag to me. So I started searching this business and found nothing but horrible reviews not one good review from anybody. Their website is even listed online as a scam multiple times. I would never do business with them ever again , they won’t even send you replacements if you send yours back , they won’t refund NOTHING these people are a total scam. The lady couldn’t even find the “email” to send me while she was on the phone she said she has to hang up and find it (Very Odd) Never have I ever dealt with such a scam of a company like these people. Buyers be aware and don’t order , there is not 1 good review of this place.!

The mosquito zapper was advertised on a CNN E-newsletter. It appeared to be trustworthy. I have not received the 2 that I ordered, nor can I contact anyone.

So wish I saw these reviews before buying - mosquito zappers that do not work at all (which I also found for sale in store for a fraction of the price). Returning is a nightmare, and they try to offer you 30% of your money back to not bother returning. TOTAL SCAM

Mosquito zapper do not work, period! Not even one,all the while I was getting bitten. Don’t buy anything from them. Cannot get instructions for a return.

This company is shady, at best. They state they use UPS Ground shipping and then when they ship the order, they use USPS. I provided an address that would accept UPS shipments but not USPS shipments. When I emailed them telling them that they would receive the shipment returned as undeliverable, I NEVER heard back. I guess they really don't care as long as they get to keep my money.

This company is a scam. Never buy from them. I bought a mosquitoes zapper and call them for cancel order and They never cancel the order. I had to pay for shipping that should be faster and now is more than3 days I haven”t been receive it and you cannot check the tracking. This company is scam.

This business is in the bait and switch advertising business. I ordered an advertised drone for the stated price. When I received it, the thing is a toy and not close to what I was supposed to get. People should be made aware of this terrible company.

I purchased a drone in preparation for a holiday trip and opted for faster shipping and a protective case at an additional cost. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive in time for the trip, rendering the expedited shipping pointless. To add insult to injury, the drone arrived with a broken joystick, making it unusable even though it was never taken out of its protective case during shipping. Despite providing photos as evidence, the company informed me that I was responsible for shipping costs to return the product. I repeatedly requested to speak with someone over the phone but was not given the opportunity to do so.

Initially, my intention was to exchange the broken drone for an unbroken one, but the company's lack of interest in my satisfaction was disappointing. I cannot speak to the quality of the product, as I was never able to use it due to the broken condition upon arrival. However, my experience with the company's customer service and shipping logistics was subpar and disappointing.

It is a really bad company, they don’t care about customers, don’t let the return policy clear and their product are terrible! I really DON’T recommend it!
