Bonjour Hervé, nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir d'être présenté.
Néanmoins, afin de répondre à votre publication : OUI, en effet, nous laissons certains biens (pas tous !!!) sur notre site : "sous compromis", et sans prix.
Savez-vous pourquoi Hervé ?
Tout simplement, parce que certains de nos candidats acquéreurs, ont besoin pour nous exprimer leur projet de recherche, de photographies et de visuels ; le fameux "voilà, c'est ce type de bien que je souhaite trouver!".
Alors ce n'est pas "peu scrupuleux", c'est juste, parfaitement légal et surtout intelligent pour tous nos acquéreurs en devenir, de pouvoir s'identifier à un bien, nous aidant ainsi à orienter nos recherches.
