Very unprofessionsal. I am extremely interested in a golden visa for Portugal. I am aware of the cost. I got a phone call going down a checklist:
1. is this for you or your family
2. are you comfortable investing 500,000 Euro
3. when do you want to move. - I said it depends on many factor and the response was 'you don't know if it is a month, 3 months, 6 months"
4. I couldn't understand the girl I talked to. She sounded 18 and was going down a checklist. This is not how you start a call to someone looking to invest half a million Euro.

Do not work with these people. They are bunch of scammers for workers and for people looking to work with them. They will lie to you about everything. They will give you a time period of how long you have in the company to improve on “mistakes” and then after the time period is over they will make more excuses even if you fixed the mistakes to let you go… they already have someone else filling in your position and being hired..

They were a complete waste of time. I reached out to them through their website to schedule an e-meeting. First, their sales department called to verify my credentials. I explained that I was already familiar with the requirements and met them but had specific concerns that needed to be addressed by the right person. Instead of connecting me, the representative sent an email with ten questions—most of which I had already answered over the phone. I responded to most of them and requested the e-meeting. Then, he sent yet another email asking for additional details before scheduling it. Meanwhile, other firms I contacted at the same time had already arranged video meetings and sent their proposals, while Immigrant Invest was still gathering my information for analysis.

Immigrant Invest successfully routed me through full process of getting passport of Grenada (in 2022-2023) and Greece golden visa(in 2024).
The support of the company was perfect and process was as fast as possible in current environment.

Tje company is not serious communication was lacking, and I often found myself waiting for responses that never came. The quality of their service was far from what was promised, and it felt like they didn't really care about their customers. Overall, I would not recommend Immgrant Invest.

Reached out to them a 3weeks ago via WhatsApp. I had several questions of course of what support they offer etc. I got sent back a “presentation” that didn’t answer my questions. I asked again what the services they offer are and how much (8000$ per person or family btw if you’re wondering about Portugal D7 visa). And they never replied again. Would advise picking a company that actually wants your business

Professional team, straightforward process. We appreciated services like preliminary due diligence, which I think is mandatory in this particular company. The lawyers explained that it was a background check similar to what migration authorities do, therefore we knew what to expect and could be more sure to be approved. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Initially the communication was a bit lacking, which left me feeling uncertain. I think they expected me to already know what to prepare for (I was looking to relocate to Dubai)? I also didn't receive the prompt callback after leaving my information as promised. But they were very apologetic after I expressed my concerns, and eventually Zlata took over my case.
