Things started well, but my experience storing goods in Ohio was a disaster, damaged or lost orders and poor support. Hours on the phone led to a canceled order and a refund. I'm deeply disappointed by the unprofessional handling of this situation.

Notifications on my mobile were unreliable, and delivery timing was inconsistent. However, their warehousing options across multiple locations have been a huge benefit for me, especially with suppliers in smaller towns.
