What can I say, very professional and friendly service 😀👍👍👍

While I never got the chance to see how good they were at navigating legal landscape of my case, I saw enough to know that an element of professionalism and common decency is lacking. And while I appreciate that being highly regarded can be overwhelming they should have the basic courtesy and decency to decline work instead of wasting precious time while the client waits for a response they were promised.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire IMD Solicitors team for their exceptionally professional and empathetic approach to my situation. I would especially like to thank Aleksandra Jankowska, who demonstrated complete commitment and was always available to support me during the most difficult period of my life. She has handled three of my cases, and I am very satisfied with her work. I highly recommend her.
