I can’t recommend Independent Mortgage Brokers enough. A friend recommended IMB and encouraged me to give them a call; I am glad I did. After some fact finding with Lee, we set sail. It is noteworthy that Lee’s knowledge of lenders and their respective requirements is top notch! Outcome focused, he matches one’s circumstance to the most competitive prospective lenders with a caveat “I am 99% positive”. End to end, Lee has provided a legendary service and just like my friend, I will have no reservations in recommending to family and friends.

We chose Independent Mortgage Brokers after Sarah was recommended by multiple friends, and we were not disappointed. Being first time buyers we had lots of questions and concerns about how things worked.
We went through the process of getting a mortgage and purchasing a house throughout the pandemic and this brought with it additional hurdles. Sarah guided us every step of the way.

This is the 2nd time I have used Lee, first time was when no other companies could offer me the mortgage I needed but Lee went above and beyond to get me the right deal. 2nd time 5 years later and Lee was the first person I contacted to arrange my new mortgage for the new house. In 2013, I got into some financial difficulties, which made getting a mortgage very difficult due to poor credit. I carried out intensive research to find a specialist mortgage broker who could get me a mortgage. The best offer I got was from Independent Mortgage Brokers(IMB) with Sarah being my broker. I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support offered by Sarah. She went painstakingly through the entire application step-by-step multiple times, answered my numerous questions and never lost patience. Her help and advice was invaluable at every turn from start to finish the whole process became far less fraught. Even after the mortgage was issued, she continued to help liaising between the solicitors, estate agents and myself. I consider myself lucky to have found Sarah and worked with her as she really made the process so painless and stress free. Anyone who works with IMB and is lucky enough to have Sarah literally has nothing to worry about. I would be happy to have her as my broker every time.
