Do not trust Imara Engineering Supplies

Do not trust this business they do not honour there warranty policies. I purchased an oil cooler for a CAT3512 generator and it failed within the first hour of operation putting water all through the oil of the gen. This Lead to another $2500 of oil and filters plus labour to mop it all out the sump. I provided all the data to prove the oil cooler failed. The warranty was accepted after this and so far I have only been returned $1150 from the $4075 purchase from October 2024. Godfrey has continued to insist they will pay back the money in installments but that never eventuates. Multiple emails and phone calls but these guys obviously enjoy ripping off other small businesses.
