This is a great product! The coverage and lasting power is phenomenal.

I recently wrote concerning customer service - I placed an order and wanted to make a change and did not receive a response. I love and like all of IMAN's products she can really take this to the next level since Fashion Fair is practically GONE. We need her products! but the website and customer service need some improvements. I hope the IMAN Cosmetics will improve and build up her line more. She make great products! Thank you

Effective cleanser and toning solution. Mild and nice scent!

I'm so scared. Thank God for PayPal so if Iman Cosmetics online doesn't find my order, I can get back my money I placed an order on cyber Monday when they had a 50% off sale. Days later when I check my order status, the system says I have never placed an order. Fortunately, I screen shotted the order and payment and used PayPal. When I emailed, the COMPUTER said I needed to provide my order number. Why didn't they use my email to check the order? Is there even a person? Their customer service is WORSE than Gashiom Nova. I sent an email with the number, no response days later. I sent another complaint via the form on the site. I'll see when they respond. I will not order from the site again. If I like the stuff, I'll order from Amazon. If there were a contact number to help me, I'd excuse a little slip up because stuff happens. The problem is that THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER! For all I know, some scam artist put up the site.

My order was completed and shipped in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the product and the service. The sale price was the icing on the cake!!!!

Ordered products and never received them nor did anyone ever respond to my emails. NEVER AGAIN!

Services/shipping is quick but the shipment packaging needs work. I've had several instances where my purchased products were damaged to beyond use when delivered. Products should be packaged and wrapped for protection not simply placed in a bubble lined envelope.

I am giving this review because according to the description on the site i was supposed to be a clay 3 shade for the liquid foundation. I used clay 3 luminous compact foundation but the liquid foundation is way too dark with a completely different undertone (I am golden/yellow undertone).

I’m challenged with vitiligo it is losing melanin of the skin and using iman second to none cream to powder foundation clay 1 and clay 2 mixed together helps my confidence daily. It’s so AMAZING with even coverage that looks like skin that I don’t even need concealer.. So 👍🏽 BIG THUMBS UP 🥰🤩 I LOVE and deeply APPRECIATE this brand . Go Ms.IMAN

I love Iman products. Very good. I have been using Iman face products for the past ten years and I have introduced my sisters and friends to it too. Every time I order something, it’s always come as expected and I’m always satisfied with my order and the time I received it. Thanks Iman for everything.

My most recent IMAN order was for the tri-color powder concealer/blush. I love how easy is to use in so many different ways, and how it makes my skin subtly glow. A couple of years I bought this and other IMAN products from a retail store, but when I went to replenish it, I found that the store no longer carries IMAN. Too bad for the store as I found it was easier and very quick to get the products from the IMAN website.

I have been using IMAN products for 7 years. I love the Earth 2 cream to powder foundation. It makes my face look beautiful and radiant! I’m disappointed you can buy it in the store anymore. But buying it on the website is a snap!

I was very pleased with the items I received.

It’s been well over a month since I returned product for replacement. I did everything asked of me by Robo-email. Have yet to receive the replacement or a refund. Yet, I place an order for a new replacement and received it within a week. Of course I had to pay for it. I will be looking for another company that can give excellent product and decent cut service.
