Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback received. As you know we have been in communication about this item. The first we have heard about you not being happy with the item was the beginning of this week, when you chased up your refund. You never contacted us to initiate a return, and we have never received the return. I have asked you oil numerous occasions to provide a tracking reference or even a receipt of postage for the return. To date you have provided neither. I am very sorry, but we have not received the returned item, therefore we are unable to refund you.
If you can please provide proof of delivery then we can refund you. If you have a receipt for postage then you should be bale to make a claim off your postage provider for lost in transit.

Rubbish company
Rubbish company. Still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago. Emailed them to bring it to their attention and they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Then I suddenly get an email stating ‘the rest of my order is on its way’ even though I hadn’t received any part of it. Emailed them again stating this, and that another part of my order hadn’t been sent and that I wanted a refund. No apologies - just another email from them stating I would receive part refund. Will NEVER order from them again

Easy to use website and great…
Easy to use website and great communication made a fabulous first impression as this is the first time I've ordered.
The amount of sparkle on these invites is unreal - the photos do not do them justice.
A couple of the pockets had come loose but easily remedied with some double sided tape.
All in all, a great experience with a great company. I'd highly recommend.

Completely shoddy goods; completely dishonest trader
The handmade paper I bought was simply not of merchantable quality, torn edges and more like egg carton. The seller agreed to refund me if I sent it back. Trustingly I posted it back, but never received a refund. Clearly a seller to be avoided. It seems that he also trades as naturalpapercompany.com
so unable to detail.
I managed to find a quality handmade paper from an honest trader. Mike at unit 318 in the Custard factory in Birmingham, online as wildpaper.co.uk. He knows paper, and his paper exudes quality. It is also ethically source from Nepal, not junk shipped in from China.

As mentioned in previous discussions, as you never returned your order via a tracked service, as we request and also never put any personal details within the returned package, we have no way of tracking your order to know if we have ever received it back or if it was sent in the first place. We would be very happy to refund you if we had received your returned order, however we have not received it and you cannot even provide any evidence of it being sent.
Thank you for providing the additional information we requested through Trustpilot, however we do not deny selling you the goods, You have only provided us with proof of purchasing the goods. You have not provided and proof or Returning the goods. You have not provided a tracking number or even proof of postage. Without either of these or receipt of the items, as with any retailer we are unable to provide a refund. I am very sorry
