Rorie at Independent Mortgages and Financial Solutions has been taking care of our mortgages for nearly 10 years. Each time he finds us the best deal to suit our circumstances. This latest time has been the most demanding due to a bad experience with our bank nominated solicitor. Rorie stepped into the breach to chase and ensure our mortgage was completed in a timely manner.

Rorie Bradshaw from IMAFS was an excellent IFA. He found us a good new mortgage when our previous lender changed criteria as the pandemic began - and then when the market for mortgages on ex-LA flats went crazy because of new rules post-Grenfell, he personally emailed 15 contacts among small and medium lenders to get us a proper market picture for prospective buyers. This was well above the service you'd expect, but Rorie was committed to getting us the right finance through nearly three years of home-buying and home-selling drama, and remained calm and cheerful throughout.

Totally satisfied with all aspects. First approached the company for first mortgage years ago. Then when our mortgage was up for renewal and we were considering contacting Graham - he sent us an email seeing if we needed any assistance! We did and we made some changes which he was able to offer his support towards throughout. Even when the mortgage company were being poor Graham stepped in and chased them for us. Excellent service, thank you

We have used IMAFS for both home moves and our mortgage renewals. Graham is absolutely wonderful and takes all the stress and financial jargon away. He even advised us to keep a buffer rather than put everything we had towards our new house deposit. Unbelievably glad we listened because when covid hit and my husband and I lost our jobs temporarily. We will be lifelong customers and I highly recommend.
