I felt stronger and better overall when I started taking IM8. I was taking ONIT total human before so this really was improvement from IM8. Months later I still take daily and it's easy to use when traveling.

I had a question about possible spoilage of packages. Sent my concern in an email and received a quick, informative response. This was not an ai or chat reply but a knowledgable IM8 representative. Issue was solved beyond my expectations. Great product as well. I have been on IM8 for almost a year and it has definitely improved my energy and health levels.

I had high hopes for IM8 and was excited to try the product with my wife. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service completely changed my opinion.

I worked with Cathy, and I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I was simply trying to find a reasonable solution that would work for both of us. Instead, I felt like my questions were brushed aside and there was very little effort to help or keep me as a customer.

Good customer service is just as important as having a good product. Even if the product itself is high quality, the support experience left me feeling undervalued as a new customer.

Because of this experience, I won’t be recommending IM8 to friends or family. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves the way it handles customer concerns in the future.

I been using I-m-8 for little over a week now. Before I started taking im8 I use to feel sluggish and low energy in the morning. But in a short time on im8 I feel I have a lot more energy and I’m not a sluggish. Can’t wait to see how I feel after the first month. I am a 57 year old male from NS, Canada. I have been told I have IBS for the past 20+ years and have tried countless products and been to dozens of doctors, specialists, naturopaths, osteopaths etc.... to no avail. Still living life miserably. Until I finally took the plunge of finally clicking on one of those IM* Instagram ads. I had spent thousands of dollars on these promotions before but was like "what the heck, I have to keep trying and its cheaper then the 12 diff supplement and Pre/Pro Biotics I am taking now.

Well, I am 6 weeks into it and I am amazed and nearly in tears that my digestion issues are improving rapidly, my gas and bloating has disappeared and the heartburn I would have after eating nearly any larger meal have all but left.
