The website is currently not taking orders, but after I emailed them via the website they accommodated me well and I got to order my beautiful bed! (Can take a few days for email correspondence, to be aware if you order this way) My bed arrived within 3 weeks of the first equity email that I sent, so quick turnaround! Such a stunning bed, very well priced and was offered assembly on delivery.

Great bed and mattress, extremely comfortable. The only downside was the ottoman didn’t come with legs whilst on the picture it showed legs on, so we had to purchase them and fit ourselves. Delivery company were fantastic on the day, assembled by them which was great.

After searching many companies for weeks to find the bed that I wanted in the colour that I required I finally found Ilovesleep. They were very helpful and quick to reply to any of my questions which was many. Their customer service is first class from offering free samples to their prompt replies and general help. The beds are expertly made to a very high standard, my husband was very impressed with the workmanship, you can see that they take care in the making of their beds and are excellent value. As someone who has limited time writing reviews is something that I don't often do and in this case it was logical that I write a positive review for others to know that this is a company you can trust.

I ordered 3 beds and 2 ottoman boxes. Amazing quality and the team helped me make the right choices according to my bedroom sizes and style I wanted to go for. They have been responsive when interacting with them for advice and any queries. Beds were made and delivered very promptly. Any more beds I require I will not be going elsewhere. They beat your high street stores in price and quality hands down!

My entire experience with customer support has been second to none from the very first day I made enquires regarding delivery, to after sales. The team kept me informed about the progress of my order and even imparted advice regarding sizing, which I'm very grateful. The bed is absolutely stunning! It looks elegant & classy, yet made extremely well and is super strong & sturdy. The chrome gliders make it very easy to manoeuvre across the floor as it is very weighty due to it's build quality. The platform base for the ottoman is reinforced making it super strong to withstand extra weight; whereas most other retailers only provide the more inferior slatted base, which in my opinion for an ottoman base wouldn't stand the test of time. The ottoman is one of the deepest I've come across which is a welcomed bonus since this means bigger storage space to pack more items. The fabric feels very opulent to touch and as a plus, has stain resistant qualities built-in which is great as I chose a very pale cream colour. I also opted to purchase the 3000 pocket sprung memory foam mattress and I must say, it is the deepest mattress I've ever seen. The mattress is so comfortable and cosy I feel like a princess sleeping in the bed. The delivery guys were very courteous and quick with fitting up the bed. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who's considering buying a new bed as my purchase is testament to the superb quality. They also have a vast array of colours and designs to choose from. I will be making a second purchase for my guest bedroom and the next one will be a sleigh ottoman. Super pleased with my purchase as it is outstanding quality and money very well spent, together with my overall experience dealing with customer support. Bespoke bed made based on pictures I sent over and after receiving fabric samples. Excellent customer service! Updates were regular and communication was spot on when discussing the finish I was after. I have already recommended to friends and family who have asked where I got the bed from.

I'm so impressed with the service I received. I wasn't sure what the fabrics looked like in person so contacted Ilovesleep and explained what I wanted. They recommended a fabric to suit and its actually perfect.
