They have gone into liquidation and I have not received my item even though they emailed me to say it was on its way. I now have the hassle of trying to get my money back

Ordered a few items from here now
Ordered a few items from here now. Last was a clock and side table, clock arrived and table didnt. But to be fair did get my money refunded eventually . The bad news is ordered a lamp in December which I am still waiting for, hopefully I should get it any time now or so I have been told. So they have had my money since December. Have had few other bits which did arrive in time so up until now I couldnt fault them
I feel as though I've been robbed.

Outright Theft
Placed an order for 6 bar stools 25 May, paid via bank transfer directly to the accountant. Received email from financial administrators 21 June 2022. The accountant took GBP 1,200 knowingly going into liquidation. Outright theft.
Take everything they say with a pinch of salt !
So I ordered a table back on March 3rd said that there was around a 3 month wait time on the table which was fine. Lots of emails and updates from the company up till when the delivery date came which was the 7th of June when I get a email to tell me the table has been shipped and will be delivered next week. That week has been and gone and so has all communication with the company. Please avoid this company at all cost unless you like waiting around for something they have had no intention of ever sending you. And if you do use this company PLEASE USE PAYAPAL !! You are insured through PayPal and you can claim your money back with them. And also make sure you fill in a trading standers complaint form on the trading standards website to get this company shut down and to stop them taking hard earned money off hard working people.
Took my money 7 days before going bust
Just placed an order for dining chairs on 13/06/22. On 21/06/22 i get an email from the administrators. They took my money, still trading knowing a week later they would go bust....shameful and I can guess how far down the pecking order of creditors I will be.
Do not order from this company
Order back in March a mirrored chest of draws! Was told delivery would be end of April. In April after sending lots of emails was told again delivery would be the week of the 7th June, that never happened and just received a email that they have gone into receivership. Not a happy person £520 down 🥲

I ordered two chairs on 8th April for…
I ordered two chairs on 8th April for £686 , To date I have not received the chairs and still can't get a refund
During this time i sent numerous e mails chasing up delivery and promises were made consistently , but the chairs never arrived
Finally I was told that one had been damaged by the courier and the other would be reordered but was now out of stock I cancelled the complete order on 26th May and then they still tried to deliver one chair !! For the last 4 weeks I have been trying to get a refund and have been constantly chasing this up
I have been told that there were payment delays due to the jubilee holiday and there are now delays due to them resynching their financial systems !!!
This has been an unbelievably bad experience with this company ... please be aware

Absolutely appalling service and…
Absolutely appalling service and communication. This company will take your money and NOT deliver your product. I ordered two bedside tables in March, was informed I wouldn’t receive them until early may. May came and went and I heard nothing so I contacted them and kept being told they were being despatched yet nothing appeared. When I was eventually emailed to say my order had been delivered, I found that ONLY ONE of the bedside tables had been delivered (despite putting in the order for both at the same time?!) I have been trying to chase this up and keep getting fobbed off that it’s going to be sorted ASAP and yet here I am, out of pocket, with only ONE bedside table and absolutely no idea when or if I can expect the other?!?! Shocking! Avoid this company! I wish I’d never ordered from them.
Very Sad and disappointed customer
I ordered two beautiful mirrored chest of drawers in November. When I bought them it did say that they wouldn't be ready until February. We are now nearly in July and although the customer service team respond to emails, the delivery is being pushed out weekly with no information on the courier. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and quite honestly don't need this stress or to lose the money I paid. I have now given an ultimatum to say they must be with me in the next week or I need a refund but I expect the refund will take 7 months so I'm out of pocket 600 at a time when I can't work because I'm having treatment. I feel completely taken advantage of and I'm very sad about it. I think be careful when ordering. Items not in stock seem to unlikely ever be in stock so I wouldn't order them.
