Purchased an item on the 25th September 2020 have emailed, tweeted, messaged via messenger but nothing. Did get a note in the post to say I have sent you and email???? nothing received and not a helpful update at all. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund. Dreadful customer service
Ordered a ceramic mug from this company as a Christmas gift. It arrived broken. I sent 4 messages to them asking for a replacement or refund but had no replies (they do not give a phone no. or address on their website so email is the only option).
Eventually got money back via Paypal, no thanks to the company who didn't reply to them either.
