Hello,

We hope you are doing well.

All ilocalMe eSIMs are sent automatically via our platform. After reviewing our delivery records for the order number mentioned in your review, we found that your email server initially rejected our system's automated messages. You contacted our support team via chat, and once you provided your order details, we informed you of the rejection and manually resent the messages—a service you appreciated. We have since received delivery confirmation from your email server indicating that the messages were successfully delivered.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with; it would be a pleasure to assist you. We take every user's feedback very seriously, as it is of great importance to us.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

-The ilocalMe Team
