Efficient, organised, clear communication.
First, I had a tight timeline as need to move out of rental. Gray gave me a rough schedule, met me over the weekend because I had to travel. Then emailed me clear breakdown of costs such as electrician, decorators, plumbing etc. When joinery made mistakes in cost, he would follow up and helped to nudge the joinery which was slow in response. As with renovations, there'd be bits and bobs that need doing which he sometimes didn't charge me for. Then when work started, he'd kept me informed of the progress. Yes, there are bits and pieces that still need touch ups but that's because I had to move stuff in between work being done. And nothing major that we can't do ourselves. Overall, within the tight deadline, I think the job is nicely done and most importantly, Gray is always prompt and clear in responses. Communication is top notch and can see he works really hard, even during weekends and responding late evenings too. thank you for helping me meet my deadline. I'd like to stress that the clear breakdown of costs was really helpful else I wouldn't have realised I could save here and there such as replacing electric sockets that I already own etc.
