Disastrous quality of products at…

Disastrous quality of products at prices higher than in EU. I had a very bad experience buying a BISSA shoe cabinet with 3 compartments. Only when I got home it turned out to be damaged from moisture. IKEA requires you to bring the product back yourself if it's faulty, so I gave up on taking it back because it meant at least an hour's drive there and back. I put it together only to have it fall apart 2 months later. Customer service still doesn't care - they require me to bring it back myself which is a waste of time and petrol. All this on top of disastrous experience with their on-line store and a very unpleasant in-store experience. Someone from IKEA HQ needs to send an audit to this place!
