Problem sorted courteously
Bought a ticket for a nintendo switch draw which did not take place due to illness and web page closing. Refund promised and never received. E email was sent twice and no reply. All sorted now....very much appreciate the personal way it was dealt with.

Won £1000 from Matt and the team and honestly cannot tell you how much it meant. 12 days before Christmas with an extra £1000 to play with… amazing! As a single mum who was worrying about Christmas, need I no more. Not only a speedy service, but reliable, honest, guaranteed draws and always sticks to their word when they may have major setbacks.
