I would like to take some time to discuss my experiences throughout the submission and review process of my paper in your journal. I have found that my overall experience was very positive and informative.
It is because your submission process was quite user-friendly for me. In addition to the understandable instructions on how to submit the paper, I have greatly enjoyed receiving regular notifications regarding the current status of my paper, thus reducing any anxiety about not knowing anything about it.
The journal operates successfully in terms of its communication with the authors of the manuscripts submitted for reviewing and publishing. Your approach to organizing the reviewing process proves that the management staff at the journal does a great job.
I would like to make one piece of advice regarding the improvement of the current process. I think it will be useful if you add more details to your reviewer's comments or even specify certain deadlines.
Thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to submit my paper in the journal. I would like to continue working together with IJCSMC in the future.
