I ordered 2 t-shirts in April and have requested numerous updates on shipping. So far after at least 4 attempts to get a response, still no communication from
Iheartawarness. I would like a refund if they are unable to provide the shirts as ordered. Extremely disappointed order #3130
No one is responding to my emails. First one sent just short of a month ago. I received my order but am missing a shirt! I have sent multiple emails, tried to reach through Facebook and Instagram as well. I can't call as it's a UK number and I'm in New Zealand and that costs. I just want a refund or for them to send me my missing shirt. Very disappointed in the ridiculous lack of communication.
It took me awhile to figure out how to put it on without the mask falling down when I talk. It's not bad once you finally figure it out.
Shame my response to the company was only returned because of review. But I am willing to accept that covid-19 has caused a lot of delays. I'm glad I did get a response.
