Unfortunately, the original dispatched item was lost in the post (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful. They gave me the option of either a replacement or a refund. I chose the former. Success the second time - very quick delivery . Excellent communication. Would order again from this seller. The item was brand new, exactly as described, well-packaged and delivered without any damage. The price was pretty much what I'd expect to pay for a new CD and substantially less than some sellers think they can get away with. While the delivery could have been quicker, it would be churlish to complain when it's free.
