Customer service is excellent and staff…
Customer service is excellent and staff are extremely helpful.
However I was disappointed in the colour of my logo compared to a previous order placed, which was much more vibrant and more prominent.

Great customer support and products
I liked working with the IGO Promo team as they were very helpful, they made sure everything was one time and kept constant communication. Our order was time sensitive and they were very professional. The quality of the products were very good and we were happy with the print.
The only complaint is that we ordered a colour, approved the print, and then they called me to say that that colour is not in stock, although it was still appearing available on the website. But they handled the communication very well during this situation.
