This is very clearly a scam - stay away

It was a while ago, but I put a small amount of money into this scam after hearing the gentleman who manages it (Stephen Hoad, also known as "the Stop Hunter"). Quickly realised that he was giving a distorted picture of the "returns" he was producing (effectively only showing realised gains as returns, with unrealised losses not being reflected in his "returns". Also noticed that, instead of realising losses on any particular instrument, he would apparently hedge the loss by entering a trade in the opposite direction (thereby never actually realising any losses). When I queried whether my understanding oof what he was doing was correct on the IGOEX Facebook page, I was banned. Withdrew as much of the money as I could before he could effectively take it all in his performance fees. Luckily only a small loss. It seems that he isn't actively marketing his scam anymore. If he is, stay away. I wouldn't trust the guy with my ex-wife's money. He's the type that gives the whole day trading industry a bad name.

Igoe X copytrading fund.

This is a copy trading service that promotes fantastic past results 2017-2022 which are based on previous ventures. Igoex has only been running 6 months and unfortunately the results are very poor, I've had 5 losing months out of the 6 it's been running! I am now 80% down on my original investment. The good thing is that they do have a private facebook group but unfortunately if you post on there querying poor results or performance or stating your unhappy with the service you're likely to get banned from the group. I've also sent numerous emails, all of which get ignored so I did say to the owner if I get no response I'll have to resort to other means to warn people off joining. I've been on other systems with the owner, all of which have ended in losses for me. So I would save your money and stay well clear of this service!!
