Even though I specifically indicated…

Even though I specifically indicated that the logo was to be printed on the back of the product, this was later changed without my knowledge. It was shocking to be asked to "approve" an incorrect proof, while simultaneously being told that no more changes were possible.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback. As the first printproof was approved by you (with the logo placing on the front), there were no changes possible anymore in the second one (where we added a little specification concerning the placement of the logo). We will make sure to improve the indications on our printproofs futurewise.

Good quality, delivered in time

We ordered notebooks with company logos. The notebooks were as described, good quality and the delivery time was as planned.

Das freut uns sehr, wenn wir Ihnen per Chat helfen konnten. Viele denken immer noch wir haben einen Bot zwischengeschaltet und scheuen sich deshalb diesen Service zu nutzen. Wir denken aber, dass die meisten unserer Kunden sehr individuelle Fragen haben und deshalb möchten wir auch persönlich auf diese Fragen eingehen, so dass der Kundenservice immer persönlich erreichbar ist.
