Delayed Order
Ordered a programme - to be fair it was a pre order item.
2 weeks later no programme so I emailed. Was told it was never intended to be despatched before June 8. When I asked for a refund - I was then told it had been despatched - so no refund could be issued. The order status isn't showing as despatched. So I doubt it has been.
Thankfully I paid by credit card - so they are going to recover the money for me.
Sure delays and mistakes happen. But I won't be using them again.

i ordered programme on 2nd of June its the 8th of June no programme and at 4.99 postage id have thought 6 days enough time to post internaly within England i am unable to e mail them due to being asked to do ENCAPTCHA but there is nothing there to do i have tried to ring these but the number they provide is switched off 07788 180 5146 this number is false as it is twelve numbers so therefore unable to text either lucky i paid by Pay Pal so i was covered Very Dissapoiinted

Ordered a programme, it didn't arrive Dave Middleton spun me a tale about delays with overseas deliveries, which I have never experienced with any other order that I have made from UK. After sending an email questioning his excuse he cancelled the order without explanation. The reviews describing his excellent customer service were obviously total fiction. I am now left with the problem of obtaining this particular programme from elsewhere and Mr Middleton couldn't care less. Steer clear of this poor example of a postal service.

I recently missed a game through illness, went online to purchase and the programme was sold out. I emailed with a little hope that there may be one somewhere out there, up steps Dave Middleton. Have purchased previously and will no doubt again.

Received email today supposedly from Aston Villa to inform me there had been a reprint of the Anniversary Programme from the match last Friday Aston Villa v Westham. I placed an order online they took £5 which included postage!
No receipt or confirmation of my order received now the website has crashed. Finally got onto their website there was an email address it comes back as invalid!M
Aston Villa are taking no responsibility for these third party merchandisers!
