Just got an email from them about the purchase of the Parka. Did all there recommendation on sizes and when I got it yes they are Asian sizes. I can go on about this rant review. Just don’t buy anything from this place. If it sounds to good to be true. Then it is. Oh another thing they told me is they don’t to refunds and exchanges cause there a small business and can’t afford to buy return labels.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG TIME SCAM . I ORDERED A COAT THAT NEVER CAME . AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS . THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. ALL I KNOW IS I WANT MY MONEY

This company is a total scam. The jacket I received is of terrible quality. The sleeves aren't even the same length. I ordered on 12/8/20 and received the jacket on 12/27/20. I immediately requested a refund. The refund has not been processed and the company won't return any of my emails. I'm pissed!

My coat just arrived in the mail (A month after ordering it its... really small. If id known it was in Asian sizes I would have ordered an extra large. This thing would fit perfectly if I had the same dimensions as my 8 year old nephew. The zipper is cheap as hell and I have to fight with it for 3 minutes just to zip it up. Terrible.

Received the jacket a month after supposed arrival date. The jacket is not a heavy one - quite light but very warm. The faux fur is thinner than it looks. When you put your hands into the sides of the front pockets, it could be more angled better to fit hands properly. (Bought the Avalanche Jacket.)

The worst company I ever seen the product is so cheap I ordered on December 8th today is January 10th I just got it and so horrible I. Will be returning

I spent 100 on a coat that is thin. has fake pockets and is basically unusable. They don't want to offer refunds because this is a scam. Don't purchase from them

Bought 2 jackets 1 large 1 xl. Took 3 weeks to get here and quality is trash and nothing like the pics. Large fits like a medium and xl like a large. The xl jacket is not aligned correctly- shoulder part lines up on my back. I tried to cancel early but they only give 24 hrs and I know why now. They are pushing garbage merchandise. Don’t buy from this Chinese trash. You’ve been warned. 160 bucks down the drain. Might donate to a homeless person if I see one around.

Did not know this was a Chinese company or I would not have purchased the Jackets. My coats arrived in 14 days, not bad for free shipping. However the quality of the product is poor. These are basically Chinese knock offs of more popular brands. Think canal st. bags if you're from NYC. I ordered two and will be returning one which was too small and not worth what I paid. As soon as I sent the email requesting return info, I received a ticket from Igloo. We'll see how long this process takes.

I ordered 2 coats from this company, thinking it was a great deal. Bad idea!!!!!!! Granted, I originally tried to cancel my order in fear it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. But then, I received an email a few days later telling me it already shipped. Here's the good news: I actually did receive one of my purchases on a Saturday night!! And it looked like advertised and fit my son perfectly. But!!!! The most expensive coat I ordered never came. I tracked the items to find the tracking says they both were delivered on Sunday morning at 738am. Bullcrap!!! Reaching out to them is useless because they'll send you an automatic reply stating they'll look into it. Then I got a reply stating to check a local post office for it. So after doing some investigation, I found my package went through a third party delivery company whom also never responded to my email (no phone number on their website either). And this is how far I've come. Christmas gift ruined. No idea what to do next. And a loss of money I'll probably never get back. Save yourself the headache!

This company is soooooo bad with customer service! I am waiting on my order and come to find out it was sent to someone else! then I called them and they tell me that the company gave me the wrong information it was never sent to someone else they gave me the wrong tracking number and now it’s saying my package is sitting in my area but not coming to me!

No delivery, no status, no response. One of the worst customer services experiences I have every had. I have no idea if my order will every get delivered.

Igloo Parka is a scam do not order anything from this Fake company. Order will from China will never come. Photos are fake. FTC must shut these scammers down.

I ordered a puffer coat and read they have a warehouse in NW USA they ship from and a 24 hr cancel policy. I decided to cancel one hr after I ordered due to feeling this is not right. I got confirmation they canceled and sent info to fulfillment center. A week later they emailed stating the fulfillment center had already processed my order and it is too late to cancel. I was livid and called my bank to file chargeback. They stated it takes 3-6 weeks to process and ship due to holidays so not sure how 1 hr later they cannot cancel. I now get an email with tracking and sure enough item is leaving Shang-something China. Do not order from this deceitful company. I do not appreciate a company lieing to me and hiding the truth. I am sure the coat will be 5 sizes too small if it arrives and I will be unable to return due to cost to ship back. Hope my chargeback goes through

I never trust a company that does not have an address a country
and phone number for me they are a spam and con artist

I am a US citizen I ordered the storm trooper black parka coat order IGP#2124 & it says it has been delivered can assure it has been delivered to some address based in Canada do not spend your money with this company

The people of this company did a outstanding job of answering all questions and the where polite and courteous to my inquiries and iam dealing with some other companies right now and they haven’t even anima most important question and all they do is try to sell me another product so I really like working with your support team thanks for everything.
