Poor chat support and Poor App Experience
Poor chat support. They can't answer basic questions and are always looking to transfer to email support. I wonder what is the purpose of the chat support. Also, the app and web experience are primitive when compared to other platforms. I will move out of the IG Index soon. Not worth it.

Replied to one email (that took many days) heard nothing since after many many more emails. They will not pay or acknowledge the "refer a friend bonus" that my father sent me. i will start legal action for my father over fraud and false advertising if you don't pay up.

This is unheard of. Halifax etc older companies take their time and you have to wait for your money.
IG is superb, such a quick dividend payment and the platform...is the best by a huge mile
