The Swim Jet X35-P60 exceeds expectations. I have adjusted height and speeds and in just a few days of trial and error have it humming along perfectly for my 3-stage swim workout along with a 15-minute jog in place. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a convenient, portable swim jet at a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than others and does not require any type of permanent mounting.

Below are a few high points:

1. Adjusts to just about any height needed for best waterflow; I prefer less "waves" and more current (below waterline) so I have it adjusted quite low. But it is has a wide range of positions that it can be set at depending on your preferences and your pool configuration.

2. 4 primary speeds (not including the PE and PF), with 1 being just a relaxing current and 4 being a very strong current. For my routine, I use it on Setting 2 for backstroke/breaststroke and Setting 3 for freestyle. I have used Setting 4 for freestyle, but tire pretty quickly on that high setting.

3. Battery life is better than expected. After about 30 minutes of use, I'm still sitting at around 90% battery (this is using a combination of Setting 2 and 3). I'm sure if I had it full blast battery life would drain much quicker, but for what I use it for, I could probably go 4-5 hours on a full charge.

4. This is very easy to put in and take out. The battery is a little heavy, but has a convenient handle. The swim jet has wheels and can stand upright on it's own. Once you wheel it where you want to drop it in, just drop and position and plug it in to battery.

The ONLY thing I would change is to make it a little easier to pull/push the pins that hold the height adjustment bar. They should slide in and then turn to lock in place, but it is very hard to get them to turn the way they are positioned. Not any type of major issue, but that is one thing that I would probably change if they were going to make any design adjustments.

The customer service department has been very nice to deal with. You don’t really get that kind of service anymore. A very nice surprise. I’m having issues with the model I purchased. They are upgrading me to the next model. They are sending a return label. As soon as they see it’s been shipped the new machine will be sent out. My next review will be on the pool cleaner it’s self.

Customer service was very quick to respond to my issue regarding pool depth. They are replacing my unit with an upgraded model. They definitely want me to be happy with the robot cleaner which I appreciate very much. Hopeful that this will solve the issue.

Great customer service. They are quick to respond and honestly seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. After several emails detailing my product issues, they were happy to help me resolve my issues. I am a bit impressed.

We recently purchased the iGarden K-series robotic pool cleaner and it is my husband's new favorite toy. It arrived quickly and went straight into the pool. It was fun to see it climb the walls and navigate the steps. Very efficient and worth the investment, replaced the monthly expense of the pool guy. Customer service is first rate and we love it so much we are upgrading to the K-70!

Customer service has been great working with us on the issues we have had with our pool cleaner. It was a very easy set up but we have had a few problems with it dying in the deep end of our pool and it will not climb the walls. Due to these issues they are sending us a new one and hopefully it will work like they say it is supposed to.

Great pool cleaner. There are multiple settings so you can customize the cleaning method for your pool so it’s doesn’t waste time cleaning areas you do not want cleaned. I like the dirt basket dad it is easy to remove and clean. The fine mesh screen is great for sand. It's a little heavy but then most cleaners are.

I’ve had the M1-AI Robot for a week now. I must say it’s the BEST cordless pool robot cleaner I’ve ever used. It’s easy to set up different program types (turbo, AI, etc) and run times through device itself and the app. The battery life is amazing. Pairing my robot to the app was seamless as well. I did have a few questions during setup and initial use that customer service handled swiftly and efficiently in the online chat bot and via email. I must say the customer service I received is by far and away the best in the business. The robot itself too. Very happy customer all around. A+++

The 10-hour battery life is impressive, it’s super quiet, and setup is effortless. Large debris basket, easy to clean, and it climbs walls like a pro. My pool has never stayed cleaner with so little work. Highly worth it!

So far so good. They ran one of the most painless kickstarter programs I have ever backed. Item shipped and received well before expected. Documentation and instructions somewhat lacking, but the product itself works as advertised. Customer support so far has been responsive and very reasonable.

after recieveing this i unboxed it found it was fully charged, i then placed it into the pool.it took off and i didnt see it again till 3 hrs later.i was amazed at all the stuff in the pool it picked up.anything n everything.my problem was it would run out of batteryin deep end. i'm disabled and couldnt reach it safely.my daughter had to come over n retrieve it. so for me personally it was a no go. but it did clean like it is said it would.

The iGarden sales team was prompt and thorough. My emails were always replied to on the same or nearly the same day—at one point, I sent an email and they followed up with a phone call just hours later! I was impressed.

I am also happy with the quality of our new K Pro 150. It is well-built and does everything as advertised. It does a great job of picking up dirt, leaves, and debris.

Plus, the 3-year warranty stands alone in the market.

I highly recommend both this company and this product!

I have two suggestions that do not detract from my overall excellent experience:

1 That the unit park at the waterline when it’s time to remove it from the pool.

2 That the design be modified so the unit could be charged in a docking cradle.

Had a couple of issues with a unit, but customer service was efficient with helping me get my issues resolved. They responded quickly, and helped me arrange a solution for my issues.
