I ordered two straps a few weeks ago but only received one. I have emailed and no response yet. I called but got through to voicemail. I am hoping this is not a scam. Please note before placing an order.

I ordered an apple watch braided loop band, and they sent me the wrong size. I've tried calling multiple times and emailing them, but no response. Literally zero after sales service. I will not be using this site ever again.

No response to emails asking for suggestions of what to do.
Bought 3 Apple Watch straps. They are the correct size. I have had an issue with the three watch straps I purchased in that I cannot get them onto the watch.

No amount of jiggling will do it, the middle pin on the strap is simply too high to fit into the groove on my Apple watch. I have measured both with a micrometer thinking I could solve the issue, but the watch groove is too narrow for the strap.
We have three watches in our home - and this is the same case on all size grooves of the three watches. These were intended to be Christmas replacements, but don't fit.

Unfortunately, the middle pin is solid on these and not flexible as they are on genuine Apple watch straps, so the middle pin cannot be squashed to fit into the groove.

No response from the company. What a scam!

I purchased an Apple type magnetic strap, it has split on edge after 3 months.
I sent an e-mail as their website instructs to ask what I should do, they have just ignored the problem as if it will go away.
I suggest their straps are not fit for purpose, and I will now be pursuing with Trading Standards Barking, and if necessary the small claims court.

Do not use this company. Ordered a watch strap, didn't receive any confirmation that the item had been dispatched. Waited the estimated delivery time and still had not received the item ordered. Contacted the company via email, nor response. Tried calling the number on their site, this does not work. Avoid using this company appears to be a scam

Bought a 3 in 1 Magnetic Wireless Charger. The iPhone mag charger stopped working after 2-3 months.

Emailed igadgetstory and have not had a reply.

Avoid.

Scam site. Paid for the goods nothing was sent and no replies to any emails via their customer service. Avoid!

Pleasantly surprised…!

I ordered a leather watch strap for my Apple Watch without checking reviews which I know is foolish these days, the order went through and I received an e mail confirmation, however after a couple of days I still had no dispatch notification so I emailed the company and then decided to look at the reviews which are far from good.

Surprisingly I did then receive a dispatch notification and a reply to my e mail followed by delivery of my watch strap a couple of days later and that included the 1 day postal strike.

The watch strap is really nice and looks great on my watch.

I don’t often write reviews but thought that maybe the company are trying to move on from the bad reviews that they have received.

Personally it has all gone well for me so thumbs up, I guess the moral of the story as dictated to me by my wife is to check the reviews before you buy.

Bought a Samsung watch strap on 19th August (order 3021) contacted to return as the wrong size on 24th with 2 more chasers and numerous phone calls ALL WITH NO RESPONSE.

I now have no way of retrieving my money so can only leave a negative review in the hope they contact to resolve ASAP

They promised delivery of a large apple style watch strap within 48 hours. They did not cancel the order when instructed after 72 hours and sent the strap a week later.

On arrival it was a short strap not a long strap. They never reply. I suspect it is some sad bloke in a bedroom licking envelopes who runs this business. AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE COWBOYS - I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS AND ITS A HOUSING ESTATE IN EAST LONDON - VERY VERY DODGY - AND THEY *DO NOT* RESPOND TO EMAILS, VOICEMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES ETC SO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT - THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM - BE CAREFUL - THEY SENT ME WRONG ORDER TOO -- seems they do that often from reviews on here...SO I AM RECLAIMING THE MONEY THROUGH MY BANK. THANKFULLY I KEPT ALL THE EVIDENCE INCLUDING REVIEWS FROM TRUST PILOT TO GIVE MY BANK.

Ordered a watch strap. Took a month to arrive (from China) and then was not the strap I ordered. Their customer service was atrocious, ignoring emails and eventually sending generic replies which did not answer my questions. A month after I returned the strap and countless emails later, I did eventually receive a refund for the strap but not the postage, even though they had sent the wrong product. Spend your money elsewhere!

Initial order was a hiccup, took around 2-3 weeks to arrive which was explained to me via email. Although first strap that arrived was incorrect/of a similar design but not the same, I was gifted a £5 refund and not soon after I received the strap I initially ordered through the post for free followed by an in-depth apology via email. Excellent customer service from an individual named Nick.

I placed an order a month ago and have still not received anything, despite multiple chasers. Their updates on delivery time have been completely inaccurate. I don’t think I will ever receive any order from them

Ordered a woven black strap. Took just under three weeks to arrive. They claim on Shopify that it’s dispatched immediately but this isn’t the case. I requested an update and it took 5 days for a reply. A reply that wasn’t very useful and gave me no date to expect my delivery.

I would say that the product is decent and fair play to them for that.. but their aftercare from purchase is awful.

Would i buy again? Probably, yes. I’d need to order it 3-4 weeks before the occasion i would want/need the new strap for, though.

It’s also a shame they allow only 5* Reviews on their own website.

Beware, seems to be a scam. Ordered a couple of watch straps. Like others on here, (I didn’t look till after I’d ordered), they took my money instantly and, to be fair, emailed confirmation, but then nothing and no reply to an email chaser. Will have to raise a chargeback.

I received my watch strap and I am happy with it. It did take a lot longer to arrive than I thought but I am happy with it.

Ordered two straps over two weeks ago. Sent a follow up email, no response. Sent two further emails which bounced back. Have sent a text now and no response either. I think I have been scammed.
