Cannot get my money out and I will have…

Cannot get my money out and I will have to lodge a case with the AFCA. IG is fully aware of the situation and has all the relevant information and is holding on to my money and doing nothing. They cancelled two of my withdrawals and said the bank blocked them. That is not true as the bank said they did not block them and the transactions should have gone through. Apart from that ,they increased my minimum contract size from 0.13 to 0.5 and said it was standard practice for all clients. That means that $1000 in a retail CFD account is not enough to trade safely with AUD/USD and probably other instruments. I have evidence for all of the above and so does IG.
