My experience with IFPA certification

I registered for an IFPA certification with the intention of completing the course and exam.

After registration, I encountered practical limitations related to testing options in my region and my ability to meet the requirements for a proctored online exam. Despite extended communication and clarification, I was unable to realistically proceed with the course or examination.

Although I requested a refund in good faith, my request was declined based on internal policy and system records, including platform access and downloaded materials, even though the service could not be practically utilized in my situation.

I am sharing this experience so others can carefully review testing requirements, regional support, and refund policies before enrolling.
