I was looking for a website to edit a photo and found IFOTO.AI where was asking PHP1 ONLY TO GET MY PHOTO EDITED.
When I've created n account they charged me PHP899 THE NEXT DAY.
ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY I CAN GET A REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS BUT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIDN'T HELP ME NOR REPLY TO MY EMAILS!

They deducted from my gcash 599 without my consent. I didn't use their app and never will. I requested for full refund but they nego with 50%. I disagreed and demanded for full refund. Their refund policy states within 7 days and I requested within 24 to 48 hrs. Still they didn't refund. The law of karma comes in full circle and applies to all ifoto.ai team! Let's bring this to proper authorities so they will not prosper. This has to stop!
