Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

I hope this message finds you well.scam company

I hope this message finds you well. As per our prior conversation, I am sending you a detailed explanation of the necessary steps required for you to gain access to the platform where your funds are currently located. These funds were traded under your name, and legally, they belong to you. Below, I will outline the verification process and the subsequent actions needed to move forward.

Verbal Verification :
You will need to complete a verbal verification process. This will involve providing information that we have obtained from legitimate sources, such as blockchain and other reputable companies.

Transaction Lock Verification :
The next step is to undergo a transaction lock verification. This will help us confirm whether your crypto exchange or local bank can process large transactions without triggering any issues such as account suspension or transaction blocks. Additionally, we will verify if there are any receiving limits imposed on your accounts.

Account Ownership :
It is essential that both your crypto exchange account and your bank account are registered under your name. This is a critical step to ensure we can verify your ownership of the funds. Once you complete these steps, we will be able to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the funds, and you will be granted access to the platform.
From there, you can either withdraw the full amount or split it into a maximum of three parts.
Our financial department will assist you throughout the entire procedure.
I understand that you are understandably stressed and concerned due to your past experiences with fraudulent companies and individuals. Rest assured, we are here to ensure a smooth and secure process.

To proceed, we kindly request that you provide the following documentation :
Bank statements from the last seven days for each of your accounts.
Your name should be visible on each statement, along with the name of the bank.
Details regarding the number of accounts you hold, so we can recommend the best account to receive the funds.
Transaction lock details to confirm that your bank is able to receive large transactions without any issues.

They will guide you through the process of converting your BTC to your local currency. Once that’s done, they will also assist you with transferring the funds from your crypto exchange to your local bank account.
Additionally, you will receive a guarantee letter from us. We will require your digital signature on this letter to confirm that all necessary actions have been taken to ensure that your funds are secure and will not be suspended or held up.
We appreciate your cooperation and are confident that this process will help restore your trust in the individuals and companies offering support. Our goal is to improve your situation and make this transition as smooth as possible.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to assisting you further.
Best regards,
The IFOmbudsman Team.

All the hallmarks of a scam company

All the hallmarks of a scam company. They called me out of the blue, claiming they were from the FTC and had 2.6 BTC and wanted to 'give' it back to me. They were phishing for information and then wanted to share my computer and bank account to 'verify' who I was. They may well have this BTC, but they act in a very shady manner, which rang my alarm bells.
