Have been using iFlash products for a while, this was the first time ordering from them directly.

Something went wrong on my local (Norway) postal service's side and unfortunately the package did not get delivered to me.

Although initially helpful, in the end no resolution was found. Net result: I paid 175 euros for parts that never made it to me (package lost).

iFlash support did not seem too concerned with the case, with me having to remind them about its status every two weeks or so rather than support reaching out to me.

Let's be clear: it's my local postal service that messed up initially. But the fact that no solution was found leaves a bitter taste.

I will be thinking twice about using iFlash products in the future.

I ordered 2x iFlash Quad adapters, but forgot to add some tools to my order. I replied to the order confirmation email asking what the best course of action was, and I was told it was no problem, they would add the tools at no extra cost.

The order also included some free stickers, and it was shipped out very fast.

As a first time buyer, I'll definitely shop here for my adapters from now on!

Great flash replacement for my 5.5gen iPod 30gb works perfectly, it’s now 384gb. Remember the 30gb iPod limits the number of tracks to around 20,000. But I was using large flac files from my large CD collection. so was able to have 17,000 lossless tracks using 3 128gb micro SD cards.

Arrived quickly. Definitely recommend.

These boards work perfectly. Postage is quick and cheap too. Have one in my 5.5G iPod Video and it’s a vast improvement over the HDD. Just make sure you install a high quality MicroSD and you can’t go wrong.
