Brilliant Service - Five Starts

Honestly - fantastic experience. Paul fixed my laptop really quickly and was so kind in offering advice and help. This service was as quick and professional as it possibly could have been. I am so grateful and definitely five starts from my side. Thanks so much!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service.

I dropped my laptop off with Paul after it "died". He was able not only to put right the problem by re-installing Windows 11, but also to improve the performance, in just a few days. I'm very pleased with what is now to all intents and purposes a new laptop. (And everything was explained in English, without too many technical terms!)

iMac failing to power up.

I had an issue with an old iMac which wouldn’t power up. I spoke to Paul who is very friendly and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process easy. Paul tried to fix the issue but it became clear it was uneconomic to do so and he was able to source a replacement machine.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND OUTCOME

I submitted a corrupted sandisk camera data card. Excellent professional service, timely communications and updates throughout. Issues were successfully resolved and a large number of images were recovered.

Paul Betteridge was so thorough and fully engaged with
sorting out my email problem and his charge was very reasonable considering the amount of time it took to resolve.

Excellent

I'm very, very happy with Paul. He is the fairest man I have come across for a long time. He always takes time to explain things and I have spoken to him on about 3 occasions about 2 years ago before actually meeting him yesterday and he was then able to advise me over the phone costing me nothing at all. I only know one other person that has done that and it is our aerial man. They are out there but few and far between. Paul is very fair with his prices too. Thank you.

Paul is an amazing computer guru!
His knowledge of Apple systems and applications is incredible.
His ability, enthusiasm and tenacity for solving issues and problems is seriously impressive.

IFixTech has done a number of repairs since I came to the area. Most recently on my Microsoft Surface, my main machine. The charge stayed as the estimate although taking longer than expected. There’s always understanding of the frustration we feel when important electronics let us down. Communication along the way is great too. Happy to recommend!

Laptop Repair

My daughter inadvertently caused water damage to her laptop, Paul was very accommodating and provided a very quick service to diagnose & offer an honest list of options for how to proceed.
Communication was fast and clear and costs were very reasonable.
