A+ service. This is why I use and trust these guys' things.
I contacted their customer support about a screwdriver bit that has randomly started to rust. After a bit of back and fourth (partly due me mistakenly contacting their EU store and not the US store. I do wish they would clarify which branch ships to where, though), they sent out the replacements. They arrived after merely a week, and came with two replacement bits (so I wouldn't have to reach out if it happens again with this bit), and some iFixit stickers for free! I love these so much I stuck them on everything I have to spread the message they're preaching! If you can't repair it - you don't own it.
This experience aside, their customer support has always been A tier and so have their toolkit. I personally have been using their Pro Tech Toolkit since 2018, and it is by far the best purchase I've ever made. They know to stand behind their lifetime guaranty.

TLDR - This is the go to place for parts, repair kits and guides, and the customer support is A tier.

iFixit uses UPS. UPS is the worst delivery company in the world. I ordered a battery and paid for delivery and UPS did not deliver it. Please, iFixit, use someone else to deliver. UPS is giving you a bad name.

Brought my Pixel 6 back to life =) Fix Kit tools were perfect for the the job and the metal spudger will now serve as my Gom Jabbar. Only trouble was the battery cable came stuck at an awkward angle under the blue film on the new battery. Didn't seem like it was supposed to be packaged that way and gave me a bit of a fright when I unboxed it -however it seems to be working fine since the install. Otherwise everything was 100% good!

The product and online instructions were great! The adhesive on the battery was so challenging to remove. The tip of the bottle of adhesive remover they sent us was not small enough get it where needed though, hence dropping this by a star.

Also, I know "reversing" the directions after the battery was in place makes sense, but some direction and pro tips on how to get the bottom back on would have been helpful~

My iPad wasn’t charging. I went
to my nearest Walmart which had and iFix it. The technician operator looked at the charging port and used a needle nose tweezer, removed a bit of debris in under 5 seconds cleaning the port. When asked the charge he said none. iFix it is wonderful. I have been telling everyone about it.

Easy to shop if you know what you’re looking for. Extremely simple to make the upgrade to the laptop.

So far so good! Bought this after a terrible experience with a battery purchase from Amazon. The thing would not fit in the connector, so I wanted to find a quality part. After having gladly used iFixit tools (that I heard about from TronicsFix), I browsed the site for a battery, and I found a genuine part instantly. It fits perfectly in my tablet and connected with a snap. After charging it fully, I played the system with no issues and not even one bar of power lost after an hour of play. Very satisfied so far!

First time using Ifix it, my phone needed a new charging port. Steven repaired yhe phone within a few hours, as good as new and for a reasonable price. Would recommend ifix it for phone repair

Really good experience, my charging point for my phone had broken and even though it was an old model, the lads at IFix really came through, I needed it for work then next day, so they got some one to come in to get it fixed for me same day only had to wait like 10 mins, Tareeq it was a pleasure, I will be back if I have any other problems and I would also recommend this shop to anyone and everyone

tool is nice, screwdriver does in fact do its job and screws screws. Idk what the rest do but they look nice, Jimmy especially. 10/10 would contribute to repair tutorials

The battery fit perfect, and the installation was smooth and quick. Its performing like new and all of my heating issues have gone away. The quality of the battery and connection hardware seem better than the original battery. I would buy again without a doubt.
