Korkunç bir deneyim

Korkunç bir deneyim! IfFerry paramı çaldı ve iade etmeyi reddediyor!

Web siteleri www.bodrumkosferry DOt net üzerinden bir feribot yolculuğu (rezervasyon numarası TS-240820-XPJUB) rezervasyonu yaptım ancak ne yazık ki yolculuk gününde iptal edildi. IfFerry, iptal edilen bu rezervasyon için tam bir geri ödeme sözü verdi. Ancak, 20 gün oldu ve hala paramı geri alamadım!
