I started off a bit concerned because I ordered multiple items and there were an issue with one of my package delivery to the US. However, Idyl team was fully supportive and responsive to my requests. They made sure I got my order with minimal hassle on my end. I know the prices are a bit high but you are certainly investing in the right people and pieces!

The shipping time was fine
The shipping time was fine, i am however not thrilled with the gold chain. It never stays put and the clasp and adjustable rings are always in the front by the diamond. Any suggestions on how to remedy that?

Buyer beware of the power ear cuff
Unfortunately the reviews of the power ear cuff that state the cuff will not come off is incorrect. After only 6 or 7 times wearing, the cuff came off the ear while running errands. While certainly beautiful, devastating to say the least to losing after just a few wears.
Would not purchase the cuff again, but will say the other earrings that can be secured I enjoy and will purchase other pieces.
