Its a scam!!

This company just closed up and left after purchasing the access to Microsoft Azure coures. No information, no communication. They have closed all their social media accounts and emails so people cannot reach them.

For those who wish to proceed will legal proceedings and are in the us the company is still active and located in Florida USA,

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a full bundle of CompTIA courses through this platform with the clear promise of lifetime access. I invested in these courses to support my long-term career goals and trusted the platform to deliver on what was advertised.

To my shock, I recently found that I can no longer access any of the courses I paid for — they’re simply showing as unavailable or no longer existing. There was no warning, no explanation, and no communication from the provider. These weren't just a couple of courses; they were a comprehensive learning path including:

I feel let down and misled. Removing access to products that were marketed as "lifetime" is not only unprofessional, it’s unethical. I expected better from a platform that claims to support IT professionals and career development.

Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this service to anyone. If you’re thinking about buying courses here, be cautious — your "lifetime access" might not last nearly as long as you think.

I am extremely unhappy - - I am NOT able to access my purchased course, "The Complete 2018 CompTIA Certification Training Bundle: Lifetime Access old (product-og-22871)." Please HELP! If this can't be fixed, I will no longer purchase your products. Thank you.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING from IDUNOVA. It's a SCAM

I bought 4 bundles with lifetime access but I could not access any of them although most of them are the same courses as when I bought. What's kind of business is this. Cannot trust.

I will file a report to Canada Office of Consumer Affairs to help save other victims/buyers

I purchased a couple bundles including CompTIA and Windows 2016 server courses with lifetime access. However I was never able to access them. When I contacted their support they stated that they were no longer available even though I paid for lifetime access. I completely wasted my money. I don’t recommend!!

Slow website but was willing to put up with that cos I was sold lifetimes access to a large bundle of courses (which I haven't had time to use for a while until I recently tried). I couldn't play the courses so I contacted their support twice now. Well, careful when you buy "lifetime access", all they mean is access until the course expires/there's a new one:

"Again, we do understand your concerns.
Unfortunately, access to the old courses is not an option as they are outdated as explained in our previous mail.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We apologize for any inconveniences.

After my legacy courses stopped working, I've been in conversation with Idunova and they have since provided me with current versions of courses I'd bought from previous suppliers. It took a bit of back and forth, and my initial email was not responded to, but my review was. They have turned a negative experience into a much more positive one, and I can continue my learning journey!

IDUNOVA zeroed right in on my problem and took action immediately. Super-fast attention! Thanks!

I enjoy the courses that is provided on it platform. I had courses from ICollege that was transferred over without any issues. Also i like the fact the courses I purchased automatically updates. I would like to receive a certificate of training after I complete a course. It would be helpful for CEU and maybe some to show to employers to help pay for voucher to get certified

Had an issue where programs I’d bought through the I-college site were no longer available following the switch. I reached out to support who very kindly mad the latest versions of the same programs available to me in my account with no charge. I couldn’t ask for more. Great service.

it is not working

[EDIT] I'll update my review to 3 stars because my issue was ultimately resolved, but it shouldn't take a negative review to get support. What I've seen on the new course material looks really good and it's easy to follow along with. I'm not sure if there's an embedded certification in my training material yet, but they do list multiple other paths to certification in the material.
[ORIGINAL REVIEW] I received an email from iDUNOVA that thanked me for reaching out to their support team and asked how they did. I'll give them a whole 1 star review because they didn't do anything; I have no contact from them trying to resolve my access to legacy "lifetime access" course. I reached out to their team again and found that people giving bad reviews on Trust Pilot tends to get their issue looked at. Please help me access my courses.
