Paid $79, no service delivered, no replies, no refund

As of 08 Feb 2026, my order #44926 is still marked as “In Process.” I paid $79 for the “TU iCloud Remove Clean” service, which was supposed to be completed in about 3 weeks, but nothing has been delivered.
They do not reply to my WhatsApp messages and they refuse to issue a refund.

I do not recommend this service.
Resolution requested: Complete the service immediately or issue a full refund.
(I have payment proof, chat logs, and screenshots.)
