Searches never pull up any information and a report I paid for on Monty Root was deleted from my account and I never even got to look at it.

I would recommend this customer service rep to anyone who needs help.
She was very polite and helpful in all respect. I kept interrupt her not
intentional I am just very impatient. She was so understanding and was telling me she was sorry I was the one who was sorry. But she had patients and very apologetic she was great, and I hope if I ever must call back I get her.
But I feel bad because I could not remember her name. Thank you so much

I had some of my information compromised,after placing a call in the middle of the night,the excellent,professional customer service agent called me back within 12 hours,and resolved my issue. I will most definatley use the service in the future!

It's been a year that I am using idstrong to protect myself from identity theft, and it's been very useful so far. I have gotten alert several times, and it's very useful that I can also check my credit score for all 3 credit bureaus!

Someone used my credit card after hacking me and opened up an account with id strong you had the email that was used and supplied me with the information and since I was not the one who opened the account with you you cancelled the account and said you would refund the charge of 19.95 to me. I suplied my e.mail address to the person so they could send the cancellation notice to me. she was very helpful and gracious with her attitude and told me you took these things very serious. I appreciate the atitude of your company.I also appreciate your help in clearing up this matter for me. Thank You
