Help and tec'assistance good.
Let down by parcel force giving delivery date 2nd April (pm) electrician has a spare day so all looks good but no show by parcel force no apology, nothing.!!!

Eventually arrived 7th April!!
Too late electrician on another job,not sure how long before it's fitted.
It's now sat in garage,who knows for how long?

We have one of these dryers in the shower of an apartment we have recently bought. It is quite novel.
However I took the vertical air distribution tube off to check what it looked like inside. I was shocked to find it lined with black mould. I have been unable to find any reference to regular recommended checking and cleaning this tube that carries the air you are breathing in when you use the dryer. The only cleaning reference I can find is to clean the air intake filter.
I would advise anyone that is using one, to pull the air delivery tube off and look inside to ensure that you are not breathing in mould spores. It is very easy to detach the delivery tube.

Well, for people young or elderly with mobility issues this a life enhancing bit of kit. It took me a few tries to find an electrician prepared to assess the feasibility of installing it but now it's working it is money really well spent. In just a few minutes it dries everything except the soles of your feet, so warm I'm loath to leave the shower!

I bought the body the evolve body dryer to make my life safer and easier. The company went out of their way to make the buying process and delivery brilliant given my particular physical needs. The body dryer itself effectively does its job. Of course given the distribution of fat there are parts of the body that the dryer needs assistance with. Well placed grab rails help with safe standing and turning. Thoroughly recommend the firm and body dryer.

This really worked! Has changed our lives and given my wife some independence. Was very sceptical and was wrong. My only gripe is the switch. In the days of kinetic switching the switching arrangement however novel is pants. No one wants a plastic pipe draped around the wall. Hence the loss of one star.

We have purchased two body dryers from you. We bought the first several years ago to complete the transformation of our bathroom to a shower room designed to make life easier for our elderly, arthritic bodies. We were delighted with it. My husband has sensitive skin and was over the moon that he no longer had to use towels to dry himself and by the speed and comfort and efficiency of drying. I was equally delighted by the reduction in towel washing!

When we sold our house, the presence of a fully fitted body dryer was a major selling point, turning a standard shower room into a luxury.

Our new house already had a bathroom and an en-suite shower room. When the shower leaked, we took the opportunity to enlarge the shower area and install our second body dryer.

In both cases, our builders, plumbers and electricians have been impressed with the ease of installation and the drying power of the iDry. Having been sceptical when first introduced to the technology, they have been converted once they have seen it in situ.

My husband continues to boast to all and sundry of his possession which, for a techno-nerd, seems to be his favourite ever! The family have all teased him and asked if he gets commission.

We would recommend the iDry for people of all ages. Children may prefer the slower and quieter level whilst adults appreciate the option to have a second level if necessary.

Bought a body drier for myself was pleasantly surprised at how useful it is as towels getting too heavy for me now ..easy to fit using just 1 bracket (3 screws) And obviously an electrician it's quite noisy but it certainly blasts out the heat 🥵 n dries within 5 minutes on low

Extremely prompt and efficient response to my enquiry. Dealt direct not put through to another department. Checks and balances all processed and parts ordered in a timely fashion.

One of the main reasons i bought Idry because i just moved into an appartment which unfortunately has no outside space so meant it would save me having to try and dry towels indoors. Been using now for few weeks and it's great getting dried with nice warm air and really quick and added bonus less washing as no longer need towels. Lin/Belfast

Has cut our laundry bills by 90%, paid for itself within a month. Patients love it!

This is a God send if you struggle to get all your important areas dry! Can't imagine showering without it now ;-)

Helpful and generous interaction. I’ve had my body drier for 20 years and only the bulb switch has needed replacing. Brilliant.

Fantastic bit of kit! My son is 25 with severe learning disabilities. It gives him some independence and is able to dry without my help. Saves washing towels too ! I bought this with the help from a charity, so don’t think it’s out of your reach financially. It really does alleviate some of the stress of trying to dry someone and gives them privacy.

As a disabled person it really helps when getting dried after a shower. It takes a few seconds to warm up but it's brilliant. I now turn the Idry on when I'm still in the shower so it is lovely and warm blowing when I'm finished in the shower 🚿..it also saves on the washing of towels as I don't use one anymore. It's so easy to use,you just press the button and away you go

Better than I thought it would be, doesn't dry my skin out, dries really quickly. The heat setting gets some getting use to its not warm which really suits me, especially going through the dreaded change. Comes in really handy when I am having a hot sweat too. My husband also gets on with it really good, as his hips and knees are what they use to be he struggles to dry his lower part of his body including his feet. Really do recommend it.

My wife is very poorly and her mobility is declining. The I Dry has enabled her to remain independent in her bathing abd drying routine. She says the warm air helps her to remain comfortable and in control and has made a huge difference to her life. As the son of the inventor I am very proud to know that my Father's legacy is still having such great benefits to the community today

Emailed Gary a few times with some questions about iDRY replied quickly.Ordered 1 but because of illness i had to email Gary to cancel my order it was no problem order canceled and money refunded.Thats what i call 5 star service.
