A semantic scam
A semantic scam: free trial is not a free sample. So we were offered just that 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged. I was able to cancel after being charged since I never got any information regarding that regulation. You should also mention it to the Google ad system which agrees to do business with this type of company. Please be cautious and tell the naive people around you.

A skincare hit for me
I got the Peptide Wrinkle Reducer Serum + the Wrinkle Reducer cream and it`s been a great combo for me. It manages to replenish my skin and stops the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles even on my bad days. I have oily skin and the products feel light and nourishing. Really enjoying this skincare experience.

This product is magnificent
The products smell divine and feel very luxurious. My skin has never been in such great condition and the products all work together to create an amazing home spa experience!

Dismal experience costing Hundreds $$$
They took monies, hundreds of DOLLARS OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT even after i cancelled.
I had to get my cr card reissued to stop them debiting hundreds more dollars from my old cr card.
The trial period of 30 days could not be tested due to the package being missing until i put a trace with Australia Post.. The box was very poorly secured box is a rather large box 12inch X 3inch, which contained 1 very tiny jar of eyecream. Nothing else...no shipping or packaging note, only some tissue paper. This arrived on 04 Jan 2023, box looked tampered with, corner section of the box had a fold line. I have been subjected to a myriad of generic responses and promises, since 30th Dec 22, that contact would be soon. I have replied to all their replies and they just resend the same generic acknowledgement speeches. This has been going on for several weeks now!
Now, they are replying to me about "Essence of Argan"! Not Idrotherapy eye cream?
This is has to come to an end, very frustrating and not an experience i would wish on anyone. They trade as ebeauty.com I will explore more options to resolve this and I am not going to just let this happen without a fight back.
The box and eyecream remain with me as evidence of my claims should legal avenues remain the only option

SCAMMERS! Read the reviews people. I don't need to repeat what others are saying. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Check your credit card, then read the generic answer to everyone who complains. No way of getting a hold of them, after the fact. They blocked me on face book within a day,after calling them on their SCAM, so you know darn well that they are checking to see how many people have complaints and how many they have scammed. They NEED to be stopped.

I also ordered a free wrinkle reducer and then next think I am asking my bank to look at my account as I have been scammed same thing you think you are getting a free trial but actually they are getting your bank account and start charging . Talk to your bank and do not order from them until they fix there scam and stop charging for more when they should only be sending a sample. They need to update the web site otherwise they will not get customers coming back.

Even the phone numbers cannot be reached!!! SCAM!!! I was waiting for your call and the thing is tomorrow will be another month for the idrotherapy and essence of argan that will be charge on my bank account. I need my money back. REALLY SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I signed up for a free trial (postage only) on 5 November 2022. I received email confirmation shortly afterwards and although I thought I had read it thoroughly, I missed their ‘Offer terms’ which were deliberately very well hidden, right at the bottom of a very long email that appears to be a short one! They said 3-5 working days you will received the order, when I re-read again the offers I clearly read that the contract is extremely deceitful. I tried to contact through email and messages to cancel my orders but to no avail, response is always programmed what they need to reply, it does not answer your concern. Received parcel nov21 but I request to cancel it everyday since I knew that it is scam. It is so disappointing on my part that I just want to try the product for free. but they did not bother to cancel my request.

Thank goodness I did and came across Trust Pilot! I have had experience with this sort of scam before and it lead to me cancelling my credit card and the scamming of hundreds of dollars from my account! BUYER BEWARE!!! I signed up for a free trial (postage only) on 25 October 2022. I received email confirmation shortly afterwards and although I thought I had read it thoroughly, I missed their ‘Offer terms’ which were deliberately very well hidden, right at the bottom of a very long email that appears to be a short one! It is extremely deceitful!
That aside, I was billed twice for postage, on the day I ordered the ‘free trial’ and on 10 November 2022 they took a further $205.78 from my credit card, for a product I apparently ordered (by default) but have yet to receive. This company has $230 of my money and I have received absolutely nothing from them. I have now had to cancel my credit card and having spoken to the bank, wish I had checked Trust Pilot first. I certainly will do in future!
The idea of a trial, is to ‘try before you buy’ - this company doesn’t allow you to do that. Please stay well away from them!!!

Good afternoon,
This is my 2nd review as i am extremely frustrated dealing with Idrotherapy customer service 4 times regardingmy refund. Idrotherapy has left no option other than writing a review and sending an email.
I am extremely disappointed with the way Idrotherapy is treating its customers.
First of all, I signed up for a free trial one and went out of the country for 3 months and I come home with 3 bottles without them sending an email or notification. They purposely did not highlight about the trial policy.
Next, I talked to the customer service and returned one bottle as i was within the deadline. I got a return number and sent it back. Canada post did deliver it within 7 days. I sent it on September 7th and AS PER 4 CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS- "YOUR REFUND WILL BE DEPOSITED WITHIN 4 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS". It is October 28th and i still have not received my refund.
Idrotherapy has the bottle i returned as well as my money.
NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. I would suggest users to focus on more natural products for skin care and anti anging rather than dealing with such greedy company.
