Yet again, superb service today as this company came to my aid when my MacBook needed a new battery! I know I can get fast help for both my iPhone and my laptop! Being unable to travel far these days, I am very reliant on the internet.

Popped in earlier to see if anything could be done with my son's I Phone not charging. Just needed a port clean and no charge. Saved me a few quid all round fab service !

I took my son`s phone to iDropped It shop in New road this morning. The technician fixed the phone charging issue in just 2 minutes! Super friendly, professional and to my surprise he didn`t charge me for the fix. It is rare to find such honest and kind service these days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fast, trustworthy help with their phone. I will definitely return if I ever need repairs again. Thank you

Amazing service and the quality of the repair is perfect. I had my son’s iPad screen replaced as it had cracked. It was back to me within a few hours which was amazing as my son has autism and was stressed about handing it over and being without it. He is incredibly happy that he now has a perfectly working iPad again. Highly recommend and well worth paying this price to have it repaired properly as I had previously used a different place costing half the price, as they say, you get what you pay for.

Excellent! From start to finish communication and service was excellent. The engineer who came to fix my daughters phone was very polite and helpful. He took the phone in his van and with in 20 minutes it was fixed. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

iPad was dropped and screen had smashed . It was beyond use . Phoned I dropped it arranged for repair. Great service received and reasonable cost.

I needed the charging port on my Huawei P20 pro replacing due to a charging issue. I contacted iDropped and the quote they gave me was good value. The call out was smooth and easy, even with the current lockdown. Repairs happen in the van, which is ideal with social distancing at the moment.

Unfortunatly, the back of my phone was cracked during the repair. These things happen to the best of us, but the repair man was so apologetic, and a new back for my phone was ordered and fitted at no extra charge, just a few days later. He even took the time to carefully remove a sticker I had on the back and transfer it nicely.

I was super happy with the service and would definetly call them for any problems I can't repair myself! They'll be my go to from now on!

Dropped a fork on my iPad pro screen and cracked it. Apple quoted me £595 for a new screen. I asked on my Facebook page for recommendations and iDropped It was recommended by a few of my trusted friends. I rang them for a price. The phone was answered after 2 rings by a real human being!!! and they gave me a price of £245 which was less than half of the Apple quote. They needed a £120 deposit to order the screen which I paid. They then rang to say there would be a slight delay in ordering the screen so were offering to give me my deposit back if I wanted it. I was happy for them to keep the deposit and it was not long before they emailed me to say the screen was in and offered me an appointment for the next day. Even though they expected the work to take 1 hour it actually took Alan Lee over 2 hours to do a perfect job and there was no extra charge. He kept me informed throughout and was totally professional. I can’t recommend the company and Alan Lee highly enough. Recommended them to my nephew and they also repaired his phone with minimal charge so another happy customer.
